Custom payment gateways
If you allow us to point to the gatway endpoint APIs or push data into those pages, we can simply redirect to our own custom payment gateways. None of your gateways are supported in my country so only half of your features are actually useful to us.

Totally get it, and that can be a real bummer when you can't access all the features you need. If you give us the green light to point to the gateway endpoint APIs or send data to those pages, we can smoothly redirect you to our custom payment gateways. This way, you'll have the freedom to use the payment options that work best for your situation. It's all about making sure you have the right tools in your toolkit. And hey, if you have any questions about the process or need more details, feel free to ask. We've got your back, and our Merchant of Record (https://www.subscriptionflow.com/merchant-of-record/) is here to assist you every step of the way. 🌐💳

Yes, it is really necessary to integrate Zoho Subscriptions with a good European PSP, like Adyen, or open the API so that we can integrate with any PSP.

Hello,
My name is Saalim Shaikh. Am the Head of Product Development for Hesabe Payment Collection Co. We are a registered online payment service provider for the region of Kuwait.
Some of our merchants (who are already using your services) would like to have our payment service integrated with Zoho. I believe as of now you do no allow any custom payment gateway to be integrated unless you verify all the aspects. Is there a way I could submit my API and related details to explore the opportunity of integration?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Regards
Saalim -

You really have to allow custom payment gateway integration. Paystack or Flutterwave for the Africa market is key.

It could be great to create our own payment gateway.

I think that this is really sad how tickets are open for 3+ years and no updates or responses? There are companies out their (competitors) that get the integration up in running in like three months. What is Zoho working on?

I know this is old but in case anybody comes across this in the future this is already possible to use your own merchant account in a lot of cases.
The way we do it is via Authorize.net as your gateway between Zoho and your merchant account. There are additional monthly fees for Authorize.net but it's already integrated with Zoho so it's possible to use almost any merchant account you want this way.

Payments is the KEY, both for customers and for merchants.
We either need a good European PSP, like Adyen which is the leading European PSP, which offers plenty of payment methods like SEPA Direct Debit & SEPA Instant Credit Transfer, which is going to become huge in Europe, or the ability to connect to any Payment Gateway.
Without good payment solutions, we can't work nor grow at our full potential. -

The Brazilians would looove integration with:
- Pagar.me
- Iugu.com.br
- boletosimples.com.br -

Payment is key for customers, hence for generting business!
We need to have more PSP options and more payment options within the same PSP (direct debits and SOFORT via Stripe, for instance), or have the possibility to connect any payment gateway through the API. -

I am unable to use some of your product/services due to the payment processor not being available in my country. Would it be possible to allow us to use Payza as a payment processor?
