An error occurred while saving the comment Corey Moullas commentedWe just ran into this. Zoho advertises multiple currency support for Authorize.net and then when you go to enable it, it's suddenly impossible!
Then you contact support, and they confirm it can't be done and they won't be adding it. Come on Zoho! You advertise a feature and then don't actually offer it.
Bait and switch!

An error occurred while saving the comment Corey Moullas commentedI feel like a lot of people ask for this and it's super important to ensure fast collections. For reference, I can provide our specific terms of service (which are fairly standard):
If we do not receive payment of an amount due on your account by the specified required payment date, it will be subject to a late payment charge of 3% per month. This late payment charge will accrue on a daily basis and will be calculated and compounded monthly on the outstanding amount (42.58% per year) from the date of the first bill on which it appears until the date we receive that amount in full.

An error occurred while saving the comment Corey Moullas commentedI know this is old but in case anybody comes across this in the future this is already possible to use your own merchant account in a lot of cases.
The way we do it is via Authorize.net as your gateway between Zoho and your merchant account. There are additional monthly fees for Authorize.net but it's already integrated with Zoho so it's possible to use almost any merchant account you want this way.

Yes, this is super important. It should be possible to add any product in the system as a one time add-on to a subscription such that the customer is billed for that SKU on their renewal date.
Example: We run a phone company and bill customers monthly. If a customer orders another phone line, we need to ship them a new phone for their service.
We then would simply add the SKU for the product as a one time add-on to their subscription. Then on their renewal date, the invoice is generated with the full amount including both hardware and services in a consolidated invoice.
Presently, we must invoice customers separately and it is much messier than it otherwise should be in order to maintain inventory and reporting.
