    The Zoho Subscriptions – GoCardless integration allows you to collect direct debit payments in Australia. Kindly switch to Settings > Integrations > Online payments to configure this integration.

  3. make recurring charges with credit card submission the default

    "Use this card for future transactions" is not prominent when someone is entering their credit card info to create a subscription. many customers forget to do this and require us to nag them and send reminder emails. we would prefer that the "Use this card for future transactions" is selected as default (or not even an option, since this is a monthly subscription that they are signing up for.)

    Hi Jim,

    By default the option “Use this card for future transactions” is enabled for all invoices. Customer if needed can uncheck it and make payment. Can you please check it once again and update us on this.

  4. how can i integrate zoho with spring application

    i have spring mvc application. For transactional purpose, I have been searching for payment gateways. I have searched Zoho is suitable to integrate with java. how can i integrate zoho with my spring application. is there anyy sample codes available?

  7. I need the Option for accepting Offline Payments

  9. Payment Success Email Notifications for Dunning Subscriptions

    It would be ideal if you could provide an Email that sends out a notification whenever there's a Successful Payment against a Subscription in Dunning. This would help us keep a track of and manage the services better from our end as well.

    Hi Jeff,

    This feature is already available in Zoho Subscriptions. To enable this, please go to Settings > Retry Settings . In the Payment Success field, please select ‘Send Payment Thank-you Along With Invoice’ option. Doing this will send the thank-you note and invoice to your customers whenever there’s a successful payment in dunning.

    If you want to receive the same notification for your reference, you would need to ensure that your email ID is added in the Products module in the ‘Notification Mail Address’ field. Apart from this, if you have setup Subscription Renewal in the Webhooks section of the Settings page, you will be notified automatically.

  11. List Invoices for Customer

    In order to use the API to add Payments we must include the invoice IDs. We need an API to retrieve the invoices for a particular customer, preferably with a specified status. Currently we may only retrieve all invoices for all customers regardless of status.

  13. The ability to set multiple automated reminders

    While the existing Subscription Renewal Ahead email works fine, it is limited to just 5 days. The ability to set-up multiple reminders for online subscriptions on varying intervals, similar to the Reminders for Offline Subscriptions, would be very helpful.

    Hi there,

    Though the default ‘Renewal ahead’ email goes out 5 days before the renewal date, you can configure additional email alerts using automation workflows.

    Kindly choose Settings > Automation > Email alerts. While creating an email alert, you can choose to create a ‘custom event’, where you can enter when exactly you want to trigger the email before the ‘Next invoice date’.

  14. Make telephone number mandatory

    It is possible to make the address fields mandatory but can you add contact number to this also. We always need a customer contact number and enforcing this policy at sign up would be very helpful.

  17. Automatically Send Invoice to Zoho CRM

    I use Zoho CRM and Integrate with Quickbooks, I would like to have the Invoices that are created be sent to Zoho CRM so we can keep track of everything in one interface.

  18. new subscription

    Now it is possible to send an e-mail for a new subscription containing max 100 characters. Please increase the number of max characters so it is also possible to enclose longer mail. Plus please make it possible to add PDF files (e.g. terms and conditions). Since in our country it is mandatory that you can proof that you made the terms available for customers. Sending them an email with a PDF is one of the possibilities to do so.

  19. Making the plan quantity as a field in hostedpage

    In hosted page it would be better if provided the plan quantity to be an input field so that the customer itself can select the quantity by themselves.
