If you have an idea for a new feature that you want to see in Zoho Subscriptions, then you've reached the right place.

Feel free to post your ideas, comments, or suggestions in this space.

While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

    Since we can create custom field for subscription plans, we should be able to use them for reporting pirpodesZ

    It would be nice to have the customer's address show up in the Invoice Details report when it is exported.

  4. Ability to export invoices and subscriptions in detail (line items) by customer

    Export invoices and subscriptions in detail (line items) by customer. It would be ideal to include the custom fields created for subscriptions and invoices in the export file as well.

  6. Campaign / Channel

    I would love to have a field or fields for marketing channels or campaigns. Have a field in the API that you can pass it into and then be able to report on my customers who came from a certain channel or campaign.

    This would work nicely in Zoho as opposed to Google Analytics, because we could report on the Lifetime Value of certain channels and optimize our business based on it.

    I'd like to see the ability of the admin to print reports of the subscribers in the various subscription products and plans.

    For example, in our ecosystem, all the users in Plan 1, we'd like to have a report that lists all of these users with the following fields ... NAME, SHIPPING ADDRESS, EMAIL, PHONE NUMBER, $$BALANCE.
