  2. Editable dashboard with total unbilled amount

    The dashboard is great, but it'd be better if we could re-arrange things based on personal importance and even turn on/off sections altogether. Also, I'd like to see the total unbilled hours and unbilled amount to-date. These numbers should also be broken out by either Client or Project so that I can easily see where the bulk of my time is spent. If the dashboard were editable, I would think it would be useful to allow admins to set in their preferences how they would like to view the numbers (as a total or broken out by client or project…

  3. Add a European invoice template for windowed envelopes

    In Europe, it's quite common to send out invoices in an envelope that has a transparent window in it, so that addresses printed on the top right-hand side of the invoice shows through. That way, we don't need to print an address on the envelope or provide a sticker. Unfortunately, none of the provided templates match this workflow. Even if we choose the 'European style' template, the client address occurs too low from the header. I've tried to remove the company logo, set margins to 0, but still, the client address occurs too low to fit in the transparent window.

  5. Rounding down the calculated tax amount

    Would like to round down the calculated tax amount, according to the business practice of Japan. But it seems that the system rounds off the tax amount.

    For example

    If the total amount is 111yen, its 8% will be 8.88yen. Would like to make the tax amount as 8yen, but the system calculates as 9yen.

  6. CC Avenue Payment gateway integration

    Would be nice to have CCAvenue gateway integration, especially for Indian markets as thats the only one valid apart from paypal .

    And moreover a majority of merchant users in India use CCAvenue as the primary payment gateway.

    I would be happy to help develop this integration for zoho invoice.

  7. Order or Purchase Order

    Sometimes the expenses needed to be approved prior the settle or payment. Creating Purchase Order with approved signature will be very convenient. Then the Purchase Order can directly be sent to the suppliers. Additional options such as credit terms the supplier provides will also be helpful.

    Hello everyone,

    Since Zoho Invoice focuses primarily on the invoicing (sales) cycle of your business, the vendor management part would not be possible in Zoho Invoice.

    However, we have Zoho Books for that. It’s an accounting tool and a superset of Zoho Invoice. If you upgrade your Zoho Invoice organization to Books, all your data will be transferred over to Books. Here are the steps to upgrade -

    In Zoho Books, you can create bills and purchase orders easily and send it for approval. The approval flow is currently in the early access stage. You can reach out to support[at]zohobooks[dot]com so that we can enable it for you.

  9. Italy invoice XML form export. Italian Gevernemente requires this documents from January 2019

    Hello,
    zoho invoice will be prepared by the end of this year to electronic invoicing (xml and sending) according to the new Italian legislation?

    Please give us an answer so that we can organize quickly.

    PS. Consider that it is mandatory therefore not to update your system will make you lose all Italian customers by the end of the year 2018.

  11. A language for each user

    When we work in a multinational, each user can select his own language.
    That makes it easy for the users to work with the system, but allows also to the customer to receive an invoice in his own language.

  12. Total Hours to appear in Timesheet view

    Total Hours to appear in Timesheet view. Total is shown of the current view (ie. Changes when "View By" is changed). Would like this to appear on the Iphone and Android apps as well so that users can easily see how much time has been entered for a given day, if multiple jobs have been entered

  14. Recurring Invoices Reports

    Currently there is no reporting on revenue coming from recurring invoices. It would be great if I can see a summary of yearly revenue from recurring invoices. Thanks.

  15. Braintree integration with the ability to set up the integration in multi-currencies

    Correctly integrated Braintree so it can bill in multiple currencies rather than the default Braintree merchant currency.

  16. Tips Payment

    I think it would be nice if Zoho could also record a tips payment from customer.

    Currently when a customer gave us a tip we can't include it into our Payment record. Instead, it will be noted as "unused amount" which we'll then have an option to return this excessive money.

  17. Allow users to flexibly add columns to report "Payments Received" (comment, sales person, days outstanding, etc.)

    As a user I would like the ability to flexibly add columns to a report, for instance "Payments Received." We use the comment field. Others use sales person. We would also like to track days outstanding. This should be available on all reports, not just on Invoices or Payments Received.

  19. Payment schedule

    Be able to set amounts and dates for multiple payments on an invoice such as $250.00 Due now, $150 Due 11/20, $150 Due 12/20, Etc

  20. Template

    It would be nice to be able to select a template that prefills products onto the estimate. So if bundle 1 always has items x y and z my agents dont have to fill out it every time.
