    Having the ability to archive an invoice when it no longer needs to be addressed, not showing up on the list. In the year 2015 do not want to see invoice from 2014

  2. Payment schedule

    Be able to set amounts and dates for multiple payments on an invoice such as $250.00 Due now, $150 Due 11/20, $150 Due 12/20, Etc

  3. Overtime,Double-time and Straight-time

    Sometimes I work a 14 hour straight shift. Have a way to check a box for straight thru time. You need a few more choices in the invoice section. But you input (start time / end time) or (choice) amount of hours worked. Popup happens "Do you wish to bill OT and DT" (Yes / No). "Yes" (calculate OT after how many hours (option 8,9,10, 11, 12 . . .)? at option ((Rate)1.5, (choices))? Calculate DT at (you would think * 2 but you never know add choices to better serve)? at option (12,13,14 ...hours))? Then Zoho takes that info…

  4. Add a European invoice template for windowed envelopes

    In Europe, it's quite common to send out invoices in an envelope that has a transparent window in it, so that addresses printed on the top right-hand side of the invoice shows through. That way, we don't need to print an address on the envelope or provide a sticker. Unfortunately, none of the provided templates match this workflow. Even if we choose the 'European style' template, the client address occurs too low from the header. I've tried to remove the company logo, set margins to 0, but still, the client address occurs too low to fit in the transparent window.

    Hope you are doing good!

    Since Zoho Invoice revolves around the sales spectrum of your business, the purchase cycle and thereby managing the inventory is not possible in Zoho Invoice directly.

    However, you can use Zoho Books for this. It’s an accounting tool and a super-set of Zoho Invoice. Zoho Books has everything that Zoho Invoice has; In addition, you can track your inventory and set up reorder notifications when your stock reaches a set value.

  8. Reset auto generation of invoice numbers on starting of every year

    Provides an option to reset the prefix and number for invoice on every new year or send a reminder mail to change the invoice number settings.

  9. Send Snail Mail Automatically in Recurring Invoice

    Instead of automatically sending Recurring Invoices via email, it would be nice if the invoices could be automatically sent via Snail Mail.

  12. Improve online payment logos

    I use PayPal and Stripe as online payment options (thanks for that capability!). The icon that appears in the invoice pdf shows PayPal just fine, but then a black vaguely credit-card looking thing for Stripe. It would be nice to have a better icon for Stripe that shows the cards accepted and distinguishes it as a separate option from PayPal (since PayPal also often indicates it can accept credit cards by using their logos).
    Second, it would be great to use the same icons in the invoice notification email, instead of a hyperlink.

  13. Recurring retainer invoices

    I would like to be able to automatically bill customers weekly or monthly for a retainer fee, and then deduct items they purchase from the money they have paid in advance.

  14. Recurring invoices

    Currently when we create a recurring invoice, we are required to create a recurring invoice name, which is a great idea. However, when the actual invoices are created, there is no reference to the recurring invoice name on the actual invoices. Which makes it a bit confusing.

    For example, one of our customers is paying for services for multiple users. I've created a recurring invoice for each user under his account and reference each user in the recurring invoice name. However, when he gets the invoices, he has no idea which invoice is associated with which user because there are…

  15. Please move comment areas to the side of invoices etc. instead of the top

    It would be great to have comments at the side in order to view an entire invoice without having to scroll down to see complete info.

  16. Update recurring invoice item descriptions when I update an item.

    When updating an item description, it would be really nice if all future dated recurring invoices with that item were automatically updated with the new item description.

  18. Generate JSON attachment to invoice e-mail

    When generating an invoice e-mail, allow for an attachment of a JSON data set for an invoice.

  19. Grafic Models/Templates Editor

    To create / edit a template is very difficult with the tools that are at our disposal.

    So I propose that you have an editor with a graphical user interface so it would be easier to customize the templates as if we were editing a doc in the word style.

    Ex: Ready-made tables (images, product-quantity-price-total-amount etc.) that can be dragged and dropped wherever we want and inside the various text or image insertion options)

  20. discount amount display on invoice

    currently the invoices display "Discount %" regardless if im discounting a $ amount or a % amount. eg. 25% and $25 is very different. This is confusing to customers. Can it somehow show these numbers more clearly?
