  1. Projects View - Ability to see Un-Billed Time, Billed Time and Logged Time

    Currently, in card view, you can see Logged time but this doesn't tell you how much unbilled time there is which is important. You should be able to look and quickly see which projects need billing at the end of the month. Also this information should be on the list view as well and there should be a way to filter and sort this information.

  2. show journal suffix

    You ask for the Journal Suffix in the import file upload, but it does not appear to show anywhere. Could this please be added to the main Journal Entries listing page? Right now, just the Journal # showed, which does not tell me much. I am using some coding in the Suffix, which would be nice to see on this list.

  3. I would like to see more or custom industry settings

    When choosing a industry in Zoho book we are limited to pre-defined settings. I would like to be able to add a custom industry since our industtry isnt in the list. We cant add custom.

  4. Can we have different design for followup page on invoices and estimates

    I would like to be able to change the design of the folluwup pages or other pages in an invoice or estimate. Now when the page is to long it gets the same header as the first page. This breaks the design as the header in the second page doesnt contain the logo and other data

  5. Make adding custom fields to contact views actually work

    The controls are there but whether you create a custom view or modify an existing one, every time you add a custom field it just disappears when you save and does nothing.

  6. Apply Credit Card Payments Through Bills

    I would like to have the ability to enter a credit card in bills and have it apply the payment directly to the Account. As of right now, if i enter the credit card as a bill, it does not allow me to apply the payment to the Credit card account. I would like to see it either do one of 2 things:

    Allow me enter the bill with payment and apply it to the Credit card
    or
    after reconciling give me the option to add a bill, so i can pay it and have a record of it as…

  7. Option to Remove Invoices & Payment History via Client Portal

    We're at a constraint via our parent organization. We use Zoho to create estimates and convert to paid invoices. This invoice Data is exported and converted into Microsoft GP. We as a smaller organization in the umbrella can't dictate our own invoicing system.

    So here is what leads up to this function....

    1. We would like to use the 'Accept this Estimate' without use of a client portal.
    2. We understand this isn't possible without the Client portal. We're good with that...Ultimate its a great feature the Client could have a portal to see past estimates as well as see open projects.

  12. Add category Sections in Qoutation as an Proposal

    Add section to Estimate to separate between the items in the Estimate like Audio/Video Section, Networking Section it should be customization per each new estimate and will be applied to invoice or sales order auto

  13. Integrate with AutoEntry

    An integration with AutoEntry would be very welcomed as we would be able to scan purchases and sales invoices in, as well as expenses reports, suppliers and bank statements.

    AutoEntry uses OCR (optical character recognition) to pick information from PDF or pictures such as invoice date, net, gross and tax amount, supplier or customer, it is a fantastic system which learns and populates fields on invoices, making bookkeeping and data entry much simple and quick. AutoEntry already integrates with a large number of accounting packages (Sage, Quickbooks i.e.)

  14. Envelope and label printing

    Many times we need to post hard copy of invoice/ Delivery Challan so for that there should be envelope printing and label printing option. so we can directly print it from zoho books.

  16. The salesperson should not be adaptable

    The salesperson should not be adaptable, it should be filled automatically. This way it can be avoided that someone writes invoices or creates credit notes in the bottle name.

  17. For the customer address format customization on a template level.

    For the customer address format customization on a template level. where in it will only applied to where template you customize it. Because we are using different format or layout in specific templates. Hope this feature will be applied. Thanks.

  19. Create Expenses in offline mode

    Let the user to add expenses in offline mode and then it upload when internet is available like the following:
    1) user can create expenses with offline database in phone app
    2) offline expenses has offline flag
    3) if expense details dose not math zoho requirement like photo size or empty field, expense status can be "pending"

    This can be the start of offline mode for zoho books.
