Option to add a web link to an item
It would be great feature to have the option of adding a web link when creating any item. Since most invoicing has now become web based with very little printing, it would be useful to allow the customer to click on the item name and then be directed to any web page. This web page could be anything, you tube video of how to use the product, google drive folder with all brochures, MSD Sheets, warranties etc or even just single pdf brochures.

Credit notes automatically added to automatically generated invoices
When I create a credit note now, I have to stop all of the invoices in the system from being automatic.
Now I get a ton of emails so I have to go in, apply the credits and send off and/or charge the customer.
When creating a credit note, I'd like the option to tick off a box that says "apply to next invoice?" Then let you choose an amount or percentage etc.
Right now I have to temporarily change my system from being fully automatic to having manual steps. It's annoying and definitely decreases productivity.

email or print unlimited invoices
We should be able to email or print unlimited invoices. I have over 300 clients on reoccurring invoices and its very inconvenience to only email/print so many at a time, especially when we have to adjust the invoice so those need to be drafted first then emailed.

Allow a customer to log on and choose what item they want to order. This would start a work order automatically.

Project with itemised fixed budget
I want to be able to create a project that has itemized fixed budget. For example lie this:
- development : 5000.-
- design : 3000.-
- hosting: 1000.-When I issue an invoice for the project, I can show the items.
Right now I can only have one total fixed budget, which I need to edit every time something is added and when I issue an invoice, only one line for the total budget is indicated.

Could you add support for POLi Payments or other NZ Payment gateways

I want to see how much money is left in my retainers
I see that my retainers are « partially achieved », but I want to see how much money is left in my retainers to pay future invoices. I want to see it in the summary table and in the details.

Include option to consolidate all files into one file
Feature that would allow the Invoice with attachments to be sent as one PDF file instead of separate files in the invoice. Maybe it could be a checkbox option so that those that work with customers who want a single file can send Invoice with paperwork directly through Zoho Books.

Give options for fonts on cheques (checks)
I would like to change the font on a cheque PDF. Right now it is using a serif font and our cheques are sans serif. It would be nice to be able to modify this and some other formatting for cheques.

1099 reports enhancement / bug fix
for accrual basis, 1099 reports should include vendors based upon bill date even if payment is outstanding in report year. Currently only vendors whose bills have been paid are shown on the report.

Time stamp printed on the invoice
Due to anticipated change in regulation, we would like to ask you for the ability to include the exact time (hour:minute:second) when the invoice is created on the created invoice.

Create Customer Receipts that Connect to Items
There needs to be a feature to process Customer Receipts that are connected to items. None of my members will receive an Invoice. Therefore, I will not need to receive a payment based on an invoice. As other systems allow for processing of receipts for a sale/service/event, it would be helpful to have this in Zoho.
Additionally, if one is selling an item, they would not process an invoice first. It would be a sale, attached to the specific items/categories listed, and then receipt of payment. I am using this system for a choir, and it is necessary to tract…

Change from 6 decimal points to 9 decimal points
When you change currencies from KHR (Cambodian Riel) to USD, 6 decimal places is not enough to get an accurate transfer. For example if I was to change 100 USD to 405,000 KHR this is impossible unless I have more decimal points for the exchange rate. This would be the same problem for converting any currency from large to small. Example USD or AUD to Cambodian Riel or Vietnamese Dong ect where the dong and riel are 4000 or 20000 to 1 USD or AUD

The ability to associate Zoho Projects with Recurring Invoices to be able to create recurring invoices from hours in a Zoho Project (i.e. weekly invoice for hourly work for project).

i have the following suggestions
Chart of Accounts maintenance : I am sure many people would like to use their own chart of accounts. Appreciate if you could please provide a better maintenance option, e.g; multiple selection of accounts for deletion. Some time one could make mistakes in uploading set of accounts and deleting them a painful task as we should delete it one by one and it takes time
