  1. Allow users to handle the data and transactions for assigned vendors only.

    not only "Allow users to handle the data and transactions for assigned customers only." but also for " assigned vendors only‘.
    This is very important because some purchase, especially the supplier and the purchasing price is not open for user, it's the secret.

  2. Allow customization of notes and terms & conditions within different invoice templates.

    I want to be able to create multiple invoice templates and have the ability to have different Notes and different Terms & Conditions for each invoice.

  3. Add a flag to identify accounts on stop

    I have to communicate any accounts which are put on stop (due to late payment/credit limited exceeded etc) to the sales team via email and add a remark to the contact. I'm relying on the sales team remembering who is on that list/noticing the remark.

    A feature that enables you to mark a contact as 'On Stop' which prevents estimates/invoices being raised and has a large red flag would be really useful. (I cannot see that this is currently a feature, apologies if it is please feel free to point me in it's direction!)

  5. Zoho cliq accessible from within Books

    Would like to See Cliq integrated into Books as it is with eg Docs, CRM, Projects etc

  6. Create option to mention or categorise the payment terms in 2-3 portions. (50%,20%,30%)

    This is common practice in Dubai that clients pay the dues in 2 to 3 parts according to agreed payment terms e.g.(50% advance, 20 due on delivery, 30% due on completion)
    But ZOHO provides only one option to mention the due date. It effects receivables ageing reports. We can not see which part of amount is due or not due or over due.
    Even if we create additional field on invoice for payment terms that does not effect the reporting.
    Solution should be provided ASAP

  7. Add a feature to show an actual bank register balance and the ability to make entries directly into that register.

    I need to see an actual check register for each bank account we have to keep track of what has been actually entered so I can compare it with the statement I get from the bank.

  8. Easier entry of discretionary sales-surtax

    In the USA in Florida, each county is allowed to collect a small sales-surtax in addition to the standard state-wide sales-tax. Not all counties choose to collect an additional surtax, but many do. The amount varies from 0.5% to 2.0% if it is collected. When the sales tax is reported, the amount of surtax collected must be specifically stated on the tax return, and any amount with a surtax that differs from my business' county must be likewise specified.

  9. Add parameter 'Status" to "Timesheet Details" report

  10. Convert invoice to estimate

    You can convert estimates to invoices. Can you guys add a feature that we could do the reverse? Convert invoices to estimates. This would be so helpful.

    It would be to have not only EmiratesNBD personal internet banking access but also more appropriate business banking access via EmiratesNBD Smart Business at https://login.smartbusiness.ae/bo-login.jsp

  14. Combine multiple bank entries for single transaction

    When there is an uncategorised bank transaction it can be associated with multiple transaction for matching. The vice versa is not possible. For e.g. when payment to 2 or more telephone bills are made number wise, separate entries is recorded in bank statement. Whereas in Zoho books one entry is sufficient to record it as telephone expenses. This does not help in matching the expenses entry with bank entries, as in bank there are multiple entries. It would be better if multiple bank entries can be combined for matching a single transaction.

  16. credit note

    Kindly, why when i make credit note for a customer for a specific items, does not appear last sales prices for this customer for a specific items.
    the only way we have we need to we go to advance search to check the invoice and the items price.

  17. Stock/Inventory Value in hand at the Dashboard

    The first items at the Dashboard are Receivables and Payables, it gives a good overview of the business currently, but for a products dealing company like ours, it is incomplete without the stock value in hand.

  18. Can we automate sales commission calculation on all sales made for to a particular contact to an agent who introduced the contact to us?

    Can we automate sales commission calculation on all sales made for to a particular contact to an agent who introduced the contact to us? It's like an understanding with a agent that all sales made to certain parties forever require payment of commission to the agent. In such cases, can their be an option at time of customer account opening as to them being introduced by the agent and all invoices generated/payments collected from such customer entitles the agent to receive commission and that the expense of commission is automatically recorded?

  20. Item subgroups

    I would like the ability to group items under subgroups.

    For instance If I had a group named "Networking" it would be nice to be able to have more groups under Networking named "Cabling" "Switches" "WiFi"....

    or my attempt at a tree view
