  1. Bulk Corrections Tool

    In general, it would be nice to have an intelligent 'find and replace' to go and fix broad database data entry mistakes. Like if you enter 200 invoices, send them, take payment on them, then release that you neglected to put the sales person's name on the invoices. Currently, it looks like you have to do this by hand on every entry.

    Dear
    Can you please add one space between Currency Code and Currency Value. Currently in your interface Code and value looks like this "AED0.00" which should be "AED 0.00"

  3. Exporting single purchase order in CSV/XLS

    Hi all,
    Today, many vendors uses online systems to record purchases and/or sells. Sending a purchase order in PDF is, of course, beautiful and clean, but when it comes to register a received PO as PDF in the system is long and risky of errors.
    In Zoho we have the possibility to import one or more POs or to export all POs at once. We cant export ONE PO only (afaik), so when I send a PO to my vendor, it may be difficult for him to insert it into his system, specially when my POs concerns thousands of items.

    In the European Union, when a company's sales is over €650k p.a., and its purchases are over €500k p.a., that company must report for VIES, and Intrastat.
    Intrastat requires certain fields such as
    Commodity Code
    Country of Consignment
    Weight
    Mode of Transport

  7. CIC (France) - Credit Card

    hi,
    I am an happy user of Zoho Invoice. I would like to migrate to Zoho Books for the Banking support.

    This is a really good feature. I have my bank: "CIC (France) - Bank" but i cannot configure automatically my credit card (master card with the same bank).

  8. create a detailed income and expense report per customer that shows each expense transaction and each payment transaction by customer name

    The system should have an option to be able to create a transaction detailed report that shows all income and expense activity on each customer account. It should have a balance sheet at the bottom showing a total of the total income received and the total expenses paid on each customer account showing the bottom line total profit or loss for that account.

  9. Create sales report by person that shows Invoice date and Payment date

    We pay commissions on payments received not sales made. It would behelpful if that the same report includes the payment mode.

  10. Show hours and items as "child" of a "parent" description

    I would like to show on invoices the work hours and items as "child" of a "parent" description, for example

    1 Installation of a new TV antenna system

    In this way, the description of the work done is more clear.

  11. Implement departmental hierarchy

    This will allow users in the same department/group to access only contacts assigned to or created by them. This is important for businesses such as lawfirms where departments own certain clients and don't want every company user to access them. I think you guys did this for zoho CRM and would be great for Zoho books.

  16. item discounts should be shown on a per piece basis.

    As opposed to seeing the total of a line discounted, we need to see the discounted price of an item. So if a widget costs $100, and I apply a 20% discount, I should see that the price per item is $80, as opposed to what I see now, which is that they cost $100 ea. but that the total of 2 costs $160.00

    The customer wants to know what they are paying per item, as well as what their total cost is.

  20. Increase API integration capability

    Hello Zoho,

    It would be great if I could integrate my Zoho Books accounting system to issue oficial XML invoices that are generated through the government site www.sat.gob.mx

    The idea is to increase the API integration capability to be able to configure my own integrations to other applications.
