  3. More grouping options when generating invoices from time sheets

    More grouping options would be very useful when generating an invoice from timesheet entries. In particular I would like to be able to group hours by project by week and project by month. Task by week/month might also be useful.

  5. Categorizing- Reference option that copys description automatically

    I greatly appreciate the recognized transactions feature. A way to optimize this would be to have an option that automatically copies the description of transactions and enters it in the reference #. Without this, you manually have to copy and paste the description into the reference # and is very time consuming. If this is already possible somehow, I would love to learn how to do it. Thanks again for the great software.

  6. Dashboard Notes

    As a manager I thisk very helpful to have a place where write notes like Post It Notes, or Simply like a notepad in the dashboard that will be ever on top and maybe can have ckeck lists because is very usefull to have a place that all the users can see frecuently tasks or notes about whatever thing and can check o mark as ready or delete.

  7. There can be a editable and non editable of field data of stock items in invoicing.

    There can be a editable and non editable SETTING option of field data of stock items in invoicing.

    bcz , when a user is given rights only to create a invoice, there are lot of chanaces to change the price of a item and invoice, which is un easy to check for a admin to always check the price was invoiced right as set while creating the item.

  8. Map Accounts for WePay Transactions

    Currently, you can map your accounts for Stripe transactions using the edit setting button which allows you to select the account to use for fees, sales and taxes. When you setup the WePay integration, you are not able to select the account settings. As an example, when a payment is made through WePay, the fee is put into the account Bank Fees and Charges. It would be nice to select a different account such as WePay Fees.

  9. While we filter with criteria we would like to get the total of it. Nice to add a calculator tab as well.

    Try enhancing your filtering options by adding total to every advance filter that is made. Also try adding a calculator tab as in Tally. Also provide shortcut keys to enable tabs and features like we do in tally and other erp softwares so we can avoid using mouse and finish our work at a faster pace.

  10. Accept payment on a Invoice without having to save it and email it.

    I want to be able to accept payments on invoices without having to save and email and then go to receive payments tab. I am entering in older payments and this is creating an unnecessary step.

    It appears that other comments have been made in regards to the same inquiry

  11. Add a way to template invoice preferences for projects

    The majority of our projects are invoiced with the same fields.
    We have a project template that we clone.
    The cloned projects inherit the invoice preferences of the original.
    But - if you edit or rename the project after the initial clone, the invoice preferences re-set.
    It is annoying to have to constantly re-set the invoice preferences.
    If we could set our default preferences we would only need to deal with them occasionally

  12. Batch payments

    Use batch payments to bundle multiple bills into one payment transaction (use tick box to select which bills to pay in the batch, and have the amount editable in case you don't want to pay the full balance of all the bills selected).

    Bank details will have to be recorded in the system for each supplier, so that you can then export a batch payment file and upload it into your online banking system.

    Payments to be recorded accordingly under each bill within the batch.

  13. VAT on task items on invoice

    Currently on Zoho if you invoice for a project with itemised items you have to go through every item and change the dropdown to include VAT, this can be annoying when you have 20+ itemised items on the invoice, if you're VAT registered in the UK you charge VAT on eveything, there are only a few items that are VAT exempt, so it would make more sense for the default to be VAT charged and the drop down to be VAT exempt.

    We can create webhooks when new invoice, subscription, etc is created.
    It would be useful when a new customer is created / edited too.

  15. Add Tax Authority related fields to the available fields for sync with Zoho Reports

    I would like for these 3 fields from the Contact record to be available for syncing to Zoho Reports. Tax Preference, Exemption Reason, Tax Authority

  16. In the Items section, allow the option to have this amount not go into AR but a suspense account so that we don't overstate accrual income.

    We hold monies (not income to the co.) for clients as a liability and convenience to them. We need to be able to classify this onto a Balance Sheet account (suspense account) and not in the A/R. I tried the ... option to the right of the item selected on the invoice portion. However, it is still added to AR as income.

  18. Filter : Quotes by sales person

    Hey, it would be great to have a filter on quotes by sales person. I can't see how many quotes (and the amount of the pipeline) have been done by salesman for a specific period.

  19. Customizing charts in Dashboard

    Provide the ability to change the Income and Expense chart in the Dashboard to display the numbers for multiple years (e.g. 2016 and 2017) side by side.

  20. Match Transactions

    When trying to match uncategorized transactions, the list of possible transactions that have been manually entered already include the date and the total. It would be great to also include the vendor name.
