As a manager I thisk very helpful to have a place where write notes like Post It Notes, or Simply like a notepad in the dashboard that will be ever on top and maybe can have ckeck lists because is very usefull to have a place that all the users can see frecuently tasks or notes about whatever thing and can check o mark as ready or delete.
For example I have pending invoice that is waiting something and I need my other users know about that to end the invoice when all about that was ready. Or remember a Customer to Make payment, simple notes. May be Itegration with the Notes App also.
