  2. to allow customizing the Dashboard by letting users add boxes such as Sales Orders and Purchase Orders.

    User should have the ability to add boxes below your standard dashboard (or also be able to reorder them). In my case i would like to add sales orders and purchase orders at the end of the standard dashboard boxes.

  3. Integrate Payment Gateway along with Estimate

    Payment Gateway integration with Invoice is great. It'll make sense to have the same with Estimates, Proforma Invoices etc. Most B2BC businesses require sending out quotes; if the customer likes, they pay & the invoice will be sent after that.

  4. Implement organization of line items when combining multiple POs to a single invoice.

    It would be super helpful if there was an organization system implemented for invoices that are generated from multiple Purchase Orders. I create invoices to pay my vendors for multiple POs at once, but the line items just scatter randomly when I combine the POs on the invoice. I need the line items to remain together, preferably with the PO #s intact as well. I can rearrange the line items manually, but this takes forever when I'm grouping several POs, each containing multiple line items.

  5. Search creates so much work for me, due to it does not understand the need for allowing duplicate org names. Add other searchable fields!!!

    Used SalesForce for 10 years. We have hundreds of Religious Organizations with the same name. When I'm creating invoices or recurring invoices I literally must open at least 3 screens to make sure I have the correct client. 1 screen consisting of the report im running from zoho CRM (which i dump into excel), another screen in zoho BOOKS (which also opens a long list of hundreds of the same name clients that i have requested. And another zoho CRM screen where i do searches on my unique account number. Something that should take seconds turns into a 15 minute…

  6. Allow posting to several accounts when writing checks.

    When writing checks that do not go through AP, it would be helpful to allow several accounts to be posted. Example, payroll wires need to be separated between Salary, payroll tax and payroll liability accounts. All other accounting software has this feature. Thanks

  7. filter transactions by payment type when matching transactions

    When matching deposits to transactions, it would be great if we could filter by payment type as our credit card machine sends batched deposits separately by "credit card" and "debit card" every night. Also, we deposit "checks" and "cash" at the end of every week. These payments types are already entered for each transaction. This would allow us to quickly identify the numerous transactions that make up every deposit. Our current workaround is to deposit all transactions into an "undeposited funds" account we made for ourselves, from which we transfer the amounts for each category into the checking account at…

  8. make the payment options button better

    The button for payment options on a retainer invoice or invoice is not very well designed. I suggest you redesign it to make it more obvious and clearer to a customer that they should click there to pay online. A better CTA.

  9. Calculation of due taxes (VAT and service TAX)

    Currently we are not able to get the reports which to know about due tax to be paid. E.g. in case of service tax, the report should calculate due tax by reducing the service tax which we have paid from the one which we have received.

  10. Change Estimates Label to Quotation in the Client Portal

    We would like to be able to change the word Estimates to quotations in the client portal. We are currently able to do this on the estimate template but not on the navigation labels in the client portal.

    Our products have fixed prices and therefore the term estimates is misleading.

    It would be great if we had control of this to adjust accordingly.

  11. Would like to see Expenses and Bills posting

    Would like to see Expenses and Bills posted/attached to a specific invoice and not the Client in general.Then view a report with the Income Statement for that specific invoice.

  12. Add bank reconciliation report to help CPA fix transactions in credit card accounts

    I am helping a client reconcile expense and credit card transactions that were manually entered in initial year working with Zoho. There are many duplicates and uncleared amounts. Credit card statements are 3 pages long. It would be really helpful if I can print a Zoho report of cleared transactions to compare to the credit card statement. It would be much less tedious to find duplicates and missing items.

  13. packing slip

    Good day, most of our orders are drop ships. It would be really practical to be able to send a packing list to our supplier with the purchase order so they could send it with the shipment. Now the packing slip is only available at the invoise level. Thanks much and keep up the good work!

  14. Referrals

    Hello Team,

    I would like to have an option to add an additional type of contacts i.e. Referrals. This will allow is to keep a tab on payments that we are giving out to people who refer a client our business and record the transactions easily.

    Kindly let me know is this is doable.

  15. Customer/Supplier Payments

    If an invoice has an amount payable of 1000 and the customer pays 1500 the excess of 500 must be able to be reflected on the customers account and statement.

    When a customer chooses to pay via a payment gateway you should be able pass the charges on to the customer i.e via automatically adding a line item to the invoice

  17. PLEASE ALLOW PARTIAL PAYMENTS ON RETAINER INVOICES

    PLEASE ALLOW THE SAME FUNCTIONALITY TO ALLOW FOR CUSTOMERS TO MAKE PARTIAL PAYMENTS TOWARD RETAINER INVOICES THE SAME AS THEY CAN FOR REGULAR INVOICES. WITHOUT THIS FUNCTIONALITY I AM SEVERELY HANDICAPPED AS MANY OF MY CLIENTS LIKE TO LOG IN AND MAKE PARTIAL PAYMENTS TO THEIR OPEN ORDERS ALONG THE WAY. SINCE IT'S ALREADY FUNCTIONAL FOR A REGULAR INVOICE I CANNOT SEE WHY WE CAN'T DO THIS FOR RETAINER INVOICES!!!!!

  18. Developers' Version

    I suggest developers should be provided with a free version of ZOHO products so that they can integrate and develop things for their clients. That version may be restricted to be used only by developers. One way of ensuring that may be to restrict the number of transactions in developers’ version.
    I believe the developers/consultants are the true promoters of any 3rd party software. So, they should be facilitated in every aspect.

  20. Timesheet report on monthly basis

    Would be great to generated reports on a monthly calendar basis where all days of the months are listed even the days for which no timesheet entry is available.
