Integrate Payment Gateway along with Estimate
Payment Gateway integration with Invoice is great. It'll make sense to have the same with Estimates, Proforma Invoices etc. Most B2BC businesses require sending out quotes; if the customer likes, they pay & the invoice will be sent after that.

There are a lot of businesses with 100% advance pay terms. For such business, we send a Pro Forma Invoice (Estimate). Only on payment against an estimate, do we raise an invoice.
This setup of Zoho without a PG for a Estimate is highly B2C unfriendly.

This is really important for our business as we will only commit to ordering goods once the customer has confirmed their estimate by making payment.
At the moment Zoho is very clunky when it comes to pro-forma invoices to customers and purchase orders to vendors for goods you do not stock and will only resell if a customer makes a financial commitment.
