  1. Clasify whether the items is a reoccuring cost or a one-time cost

    Make it so I can include in the estimate the difference between a one-time cost and a reoccurring cost. And have this be a check box when adding a new item into Books.

  2. Enable Bitcoin payments through Coinbase gateway

    I would love for my customers to be able to pay me in bitcoin. Coinbase would be ideal as an available gateway. As a tech service company,m\y inability to accept bitcoin hurts me

    Quickbooks does this already. It's the one feature that i miss from them.

  3. allow sub-accounts to be created for credit cards

    We have 4 employee credit cards that are all part of one corporate credit card account. We would like to have them listed as sub-accounts of the corporate account so we can simply reconcile the corporate account. When we click on the accounts they don't have that option. All 4 employee cards pull bank feeds automatically. Reconciliation is a nightmare at the end of the month.

  5. synchronize user

    synchronize zoho CRM users with zoho books.

    Similarly how you can synchronize proudcts and accounts, we should be able to syn users so when an estimate is created in either books or crm the user can be selected from a list, or auto-selected with the current user.

    then the information such as signature, phone number, email, etc. can be mapped into zoho books and used in templates and emails.

  6. Track Start and Stop Times on Timesheets and Reports

    I'm mostly satisfied with Zoho Books even though I find the timesheet interface somewhat confusing. But there are a couple of things that keep me looking around at other software.

    First: Time entry notes don’t accumulate and generate into the invoice per task, but per entry. I just cannot have dozens of task entries on my invoices.

    My current workaround is to export a timesheet details report into excel, hunt and peck for the notes per task entry, then cut and paste them one by one into the fields on the invoice. Big time suck. I don’t even see why…

  7. Approve other documents in portal

    Clients can already approve estimates in the portal, but we would like them to also approve our Terms and conditions.
    Is it possible to configure a document upload tool in the portal were vendors can upload several pdf documents for clients to approve?
    This can be the terms but maybe also drawings or plans?

  9. Remove all of the ZOHO marketing and 3rd party marketing. We pay for the product. Seeing ads is inappropriate.

    To see the ads for Zoho products in various spots and 3rd party (Fundbox) in the system along with the getting started link and refer a friend link that we can't remove is annoying. I'm fine with it being there if there was an option to remove it. I also do not mind at all the notifications that appear at the top every once in awhile that I can read and then remove/close. But the permanent ads and the two other links should have an option to remove them.

  10. Automatic invoice entry from Scanned Documents

    The newly added feature of auto scan documents gives the ability to automatically create a new bill or new expense from a Vendor which is great!
    Can you please add the same feature for adding the scanned document as INVOICE to a Customer? (now it only attaches the scanned invoice to the invoice and the invoice entry is still manual)

  11. Full DKIM Support

    My company requires DMARC Records but due to Books not having full dkim support like your Zoho Mail and Zoho Campaigns do the DMARC will fail any emails coming from zoho books.

  14. add self generating barcode and or qr reader?

    HI I run a tool repair bussiness, my guys are spending too much time iding jobs and writing up emails when sending tools back to customers, I would like to stream line this process by taging each tool (use in the footer profile of either estimate or invoice) includeing data that is already in the data base - example - a code that refers to job/reference number and shipping address, then using a mobile phone or bar-code reader have the information come up in text format each time we "zap" the code, I believe this would help other companies in…

  17. I need to be able to add multiple sales people at different percentages to an invoice for commission purposes.

    We have invoices where I have to put multiple sales people. They each get a different percentage of of the sale. Right now we can only put down one sales person.

  20. Allow optional automatic generation of reference numbers for expense, banking and related entries that have columns for reference number

    Instead of having to create and enter refernece numbers manually, let there be an option for user to chose either for automatic generation of reference numbers in a particular format according to teh need of the user, or for the user to enter the refernce number manually if it is created from elsewhere. Let there be the two options.
