  4. PayStack Payment Gateway Integration Option

    Dear Zoho,
    I am a user of Zoho One.
    As a Nigeria focused charity we accept donations and take payments in naira. Although Stripe allows us to take Naira payments our prefered payment gateway is PayStack. As your API does not allow for 3rd party payment gateway integration can you please look into adding PayStack as a payment gateway option.

    I have been in contact with Stephen Amaza at PayStack, where they are more than happy to be considered as a payment gateway alternative.

    I really hope we can make this happen and I hope to hear from you soon.

  5. Add fonctionality

    Dear,
    I use ZOHO since few months for my business and I have identified some improvement.
    Is it possible to add some options to ZOHO in order to be more efficient?
    We have the needs below :
    - To Incorporate lines for titles in cost estimate and invoices.
    - To Print cost estimate and invoices without the cost only with the designation
    - To Link automatically every cost estimate lines to the project (instead of manually)
    - To Add a schedule to a cost estimate ( with a date for the beginning and the end of the work)

  7. Multiple branches to share expenses & Financial reports

    We need one expense / Bill to share among different branches. This could be acheived by Branch selection line by line on Expense / Bills Forms. For Sales it should be one branch to select at top of Invoice.

  8. Auto generate payment terms

    There is an option to enter payment terms in the contact record in Zoho Books, but the payment terms field in estimates are not auto generated, which they should.

  9. Bill Template: Account Visibility for Items in View Mode

    In the Bill vies is Missing the option to view the Account assigned to every item. We suppose this could be easy to manage in the Bill Template Settings . This feature is necessary for Accountants an other colleagues for a quick chec, Approval or editing.

  10. view pdf of unpaid invoices from mobile

    Hi
    Please add the feature to the mobile app to view the pdf of unpaid invoices for a customer.

    Because the statement of account generated now includes all the paid and the unpaid invoices. Which is confusing.

  11. Bank Reco

    Please add bank Reconciliation feature as we have Post Dated Instruments which we have to account for. Until this feature is there we do not come to know the balance as per Books and as per Bank.

    What if the deposited cheque gets misplaced by the bank? We would never come to know until we manually sit n verfy the books with physical bank statement.

  15. Add Purchase Orders to transaction dropdowns

    I think it would be very beneficial to add the Purchase orders that have been processed for a certain customer. For example, if we have many customers, and are always ordering the items for them, we want to make sure that we have created a PO and can see it in the transaction dropdown of the customer.

  17. Attachments via phone camera using Zoho Books App while working on Browser

    When I want to attach a document to any transaction in Zoho Books on the Browser, an option should be available "Attach from Phone Camera".

    This will trigger a pop-up on the smartphone where Zoho Books is signed in with the same user, and a photo or multiple photos can be taken of the attachment(s), up to the size limit.

    Scanning becomes so much easier.

  18. OCR facility

    While scanning the documents can we have the facility to scan the items along with the price for that particular purchase invoice. Currently it is only handling the date and total price for the particular vendor

  20. Create a items sold to customer or customer usage report

    Need a report listing the items sold to each customer and the quantity of each item sold sort-able by day month year etc.
