  2. Simplify Foreign Transactions

    I sometimes get paid from a client in Australia in AUD$. I send them the invoice in AUD$ and they pay via bank transfer to my US bank. To reconcile it I have to know the correct exchange rate. Because of the time of day it was sent, the rates are different. I have to keep guessing by trial and error until I can enter a rate that changes the US$ amount to what appears in my US bank. It wastes so much time!

    PLEASE make it so that we can edit the final amount in US$ to match what…

  3. Custom field under the total amount in the invoice

    We face an issue in Lebanon where we invoice in US Dollars. We have a VAT tax which value should be mentioned in local Lebanese pounds on the invoice under the total amount. This means that even when the invoice is in US Dollars, the tax value should be displayed in US Dollars. Since it seems impossible for ZOHO team to develop this feature, we are requesting a custom filed under the invoice total that we can call TAX Value in LBP & then input this conversion manually on each invoice. Thx.

  4. Add the ability to clone a credit note, and make recurring if possible.

    We would like to be able to clone credit notes the same way that we can clone an invoice. We have regular adjustments that we make during our regular billing process and it would be helpful to be able to clone existing credit notes, and even make them recurring (best case scenario).

  5. Change Invoices so they can stay open even though the bill has been paid in full.

    Currently when invoices are paid they are moved to end of line because they have a zero balance. But that doesn't indicate that it has completed the job or service.

    I would like to have a notification showing that it has been paid but job is not complete. When job is complete or delivered to customer then it will be closed.

  6. Multiple companies under 1 client

    I have an unusual situation where a client has 6 companies which I would like to link under the 1 client as he pays with 1 cheque and the credits are against 1 company so I cannot use them for the other companies. Could you add this as a feature similar to the way you can add vendors to customers? Thank you

  7. Please allow turning packages into invoices.

    Currently, if i am shipping 500 items out of a sales order of 600 items, i need to go to the sales order --> create invoice --> edit the amount to invoice to match the amount of item in the package.

    That is a waste of time and source of errors.

  8. Delivery Note - non-roman language support

    Currently the delivery note and packing slips do not support printing in some languages. Many of our customers information is entered in Thai language and therefore does not print on the delivery note or packing slip. This is not a problem with invoices and other customizable templates.

  9. Inclusion of User and Contact Module for workflow automation

    When we sync contact from CRM to Books it is not associated with the particular user to show to only the contact owner as the contact owner field left blank after sync process; We have tried to do the same with custom function but user and contact module is not available with workflow automaton in Zoho Books. Please add this feature for easiness.

  12. Email Integration for Contact Persons at a company. Not only for 1 Company email address.

    Email integration is available only for "Customer" email address not for people who work at the customer, "contact persons". This renders this feature useless as we deal with multiple email contacts at our customers and vendors. Please cater for the "Contact Persons" email address's instead of only at "Contact Level".

  13. Add a feature to the inventory system, allowing you to have a variable weight of some items and

    Capability of having items with variable weight (food products such as cheese) which would use the current serial number feature with the addition of a specific weight which would calculate according to the rate per measure (Such a Kg or Ltr) for example.

  14. Proyectar la tesorería a futuro en función de los ingresos y gastos

    La ideas es que se pueda proyectar a futuro la tesorería en base a los ingresos y gastos que se puedan preveer y de manera aproximada para saber como estará la empresa en un momento determinado y así poder tomar mejores decisiones.

  15. show what is on backorder from sales order on invoice to customer

    It would be great if the invoice would show what and how many items are on back order when you partial ship a sales order.

  16. Improve Books ---> CRM sync

    The way the fields are synced now between Books and CRM make it a confusing wreck. Account needs to be Company Name, and contact needs to be Primary Contact. The fact that Display Name automatically links up with Account (no way to change it) and contacts have to be added as additional contacts (with Primary Contact in Books being totally ignored) makes syncing contacts a train wreck of data duplication and confusion.

  18. Make Projects Able to Be Bulk Edited

    At the very least I'd like to be able to mark them Active / Inactive in bulk. But there are a lot of other options that could be added to a bulk update feature.

  20. Have a sister module that's built more for solopreneurs

    I'd love to see Zoho roll out a projects module that's more for solopreneurs. I'm using Zoho Books now and would love to be able to move more of my applications under the Zoho umbrella. Unfortunately, Zoho CRM and Projects is just too unwieldy for me as a solopreneur. I'd love to see Zoho have something more like Dubsado or 17Hats. A key thing would be the ability to send emails / monitor email from within the app itself (as opposed to having to switch out to CRM).

    Zoho seems to be made for large organizations, and there's absolutely nothing…
