I'd love to see Zoho roll out a projects module that's more for solopreneurs. I'm using Zoho Books now and would love to be able to move more of my applications under the Zoho umbrella. Unfortunately, Zoho CRM and Projects is just too unwieldy for me as a solopreneur. I'd love to see Zoho have something more like Dubsado or 17Hats. A key thing would be the ability to send emails / monitor email from within the app itself (as opposed to having to switch out to CRM).

Zoho seems to be made for large organizations, and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. But it makes the apps a bit cumbersome when you're the sales team, project lead, person doing the work with maybe a handful of subcontractors on select projects, etc.
