  1. the data from reports should be emailable directly withoput having to save a PDF of that data

    the idea is to be able to email any data from any report without having to save a PDF on any desktop. i was unable to send a monthly bill account of a particular customer for a particular period directly through an email. i had to make a PDF,save it on my computer and then attach it with email.

  2. Havning an Approval Cycle for the Manual Journals

    Having an Approval Cycle before Publishing the Manual Journal
    As well adding this approval cycle to the Users & Roles settings.

    because posting the manual journals without any approval is such a big breach in the security of any accounting system

  3. Add Delivery Challan feature for Vendors

    We need the delivery challan feature in order to send material for job work to our vendors and also in case we need to return goods back to the vendors.

  5. Quantity as 1 without decimals when creating an bill

    When i have to create a bill in my phone or in the PC, I make errors because i have to delete all the four digits and then write the real quantity that my customers want. (im not talking about price, i talk about the amount of items my customers want)

  6. Allow more than one Subscription/Books company to sync with CRM.

    We have more than one company we use for billing our customers because we offer more than one type of service.
    Example:
    1. We do marketing and advertising for customers for our classified ads website and
    2. Build websites for people. Which are two completely different companies for us but sometimes they overlap.
    Meaning they do Advertsing/Marketing AND Website building/SEO, etc.
    So it would make it easier if in the CRM it showed ALL of what the client has subscriptions for. I hope this makes sense! :)

  7. Add project details for expenses on invoices

    Although you can associate expenses with a Project. On customer invoices there is no way to display the associated project with an expense line item. Therefore the customer has no way of knowing which expense is associated with a particular project. My customer invoices contain multiple projects and their associated line items.

  8. round

    There should be an option of round off in expenses because most of the vendor or supplier issue us the round off total bill. Due to this we are unable to match the transaction with bank record in Zoho books.

  9. Trial balance should have option to show all accounts

    Trial balance should have option to show all accounts even if there is no movement. Currently asset & liability show all accounts but not income & expense.

    When copying & pasting trial balance data into a spread sheet it is important that ALL accounts are shown or the alignment of rows changes all the time.

  10. Add budgeting to Zoho Books

    a mirror of the COA, with a periodic budget (preferably against a budget model - i.e. you can make different budget models such as best case, worst case, most likely case, and a Monte-Carlo) - budgets can be set manually, or via a formula (i.e. times x% of previous period, based on actuals of that period, or based on previous budget). Budgets can be assigned monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Reports on budget performance - budget versus actual.

  11. banking integration for Banque de Savoie

    Add french Banque de savoie :

  13. export and import function to change specific items in PO, SO, INV, Bills, etc.

    I would like to be able to export to an excel file, make changes to specific items and import back again without affecting existing entries. Or if not Excel, maybe to a list within Zoho that when saved would reflect a new entry. For example; changing or adding to an invoice number. Or in sales a change of sales assignment. It would be so much quicker than opening each individual PO, SO, INV, Bill etc.

  14. Subsidiary Management

    It would be very fine if you introduce the subsidiary Management feature. We can create multiple organizations in zohobooks, what you need to do is to make enable to integrate the organizations to be registered as subsidiary, so that we may have consolidated statements for both organizations as well as standalone statement for each organization.

  17. VAT IN ZOHO BOOKS

    We have retail outlet of Essar oil limited and in petrol & Diesel vat tax is levied as per Indian government rules.So vat tax should be in zoho books

  18. Chart of accounts:

    Is it possible under the chart of accounts to select which account is visible when you are entering in an expense. It is a pain to have to wade through all of the accounts to select which one to categorize an expense.

  20. Combine Paypal Payment & GST Credit Card entries to one transaction

    With Australia now demanding that all online services collect GST Paypal have decided to add an additional transaction to collect GST

    i.e. Credit Card statement shows Charge from Vendor ex GST = $20.00
    Paypal charges an additional amount in a separate transaction = $2.00

    How to best enter this so that the GST charged is attributed to the correct BAS account & the Card Statement can be reconciled?
