  2. Stand Alone Software

    Instead of loading all elements on the browser for every clicks why can't the graphical elements be stored in standalone software and just load the data from the servers which will make things work efficient and fast manner than seeing the loading icons

  5. Pull Exchange rate from HMRC

    Can we add an option to allow us to select the Exchange rate from HMRC? so when you click on the Exchange rate, you have options to set it manually, but also, you can then see what it is from XE and HMRC perhaps? or even just a quick button to show the rates in a window?

    After several years of use, we feel that it would be helpful to have a label option to add Item Numbers to each item.

    Users may have the option to check whether to have Item Numbering in preferences.

    For the very long list of Products in CRM Quotes, it is very hard to view them. So the should be grouped by Product Category.

    Ability to view Item history for SALES as well as PURCHASES when viewing any individual item. It's great to see the purchases history but SERIOUSLY lacking that you can't see a SALES history of various items.

  13. Customizable view options for the ITEMS view in the mobile app

    We need an option to put preferences on how we want to see the ITEMS list on the mobile device, currently only default columns such as Name, SKU, Purchase Rate, Rate and Stock can be viewed, but additional columns such as description would be really helpful to add

  14. Mention the Payments in Invoice when it is recorded.

    When a customer makes a payment like by CASH or Bank Transfer or Bank's Cheque and when is gets recorded under the RECORD PAYMENT option, there should be an Option to mention this payment details in the INVOICE like it is done in other standalone software.

  18. Make it possible to Create Reoccuring Invoice from and Estimate

    You are currently able to create an invoice from an estimate, but you are not able to create a reoccurring invoice from an estimate. I need some way to link a reoccurring invoice back to the estimate, and I think it would be easiest to just be able to have the option to create a reoccuring invoice from the estimate.

    Sales by Salesperson (Item Summary)

    This is an absolute essential for any retail trade that has varying profit margins on different products. Commission/Incentives are designed based on items sold and not turnover achieved ONLY.

    It becomes imperative to have a report that provides ALL items (summarised if it may, and drillable to invoice all the better) sold by a SELECTED Salesperson or ALL of them, grouped by SALESMAN NAME (taken from Invoice).

    I've moved from Tally.ERP9 and facing such an issue working our Sales Incentive, it's become a nightmare to handle the same without such a simple report now.
