Add additional payment type options to print checks besides just to a vendor
All businesses are not cut and dry to where a payment is directly tied to a vendor per se. For example, in applied research, there are times when you compensate individuals for their participation in a study or focus group, etc. In this case, an organization would like to easily print checks without recording every person as a vendor. Let's say I have 50 people who participate in a study. They are not vendors. I don't care to have to add all 50 persons as a vendor and create a bill just to print a check. In other words, there are other groups of people an organization may serve besides just vendors. Maybe have a 'Non-Vendor' option and perhaps instead of bill, maybe also include 'custom payment' as an option. Or you could consider allowing users the option to add customized fields under Bill and Vendor Contact. Give me the liberty to rename fields to what I want to label them that makes sense for my organization and group my "vendors" by categories. The tag feature and custom fields do not address my concerns.
