Group receipts/expenses into a single page for zoho invoice (same as zoho expense can do)
For ZOHO books -> invoice: Group up to 9 expense receipts in the client invoice (same feature as in ZOHO expense); currently the invoice inserts one receipt to single page generating too many pages.

I want to export the invoices, but now only items are coming in the excel , i want to know the number of services offered also.
while exporting invoices as eway bill in excel, only items are coming, the services offered by the company and the number of services are not present. so is that feature present in Zoho ? if not, can u suggest the way in which i can know the same?

Integrate with SumUp
SumUp (sumup.com) is a convenient way to take card payments in person (similar to Square/Square up), and it works in more countries I think. It would be good if there was integration with Zoho books.

Down payment
There should be a much simpler way to take down payments on projects than a retainer invoice. This just complicates and confuses clients. A simple field directly on an invoice for a percent or $ amount down is all that is needed. This is already there but is shown as an adjustment or discount. Just change this field to Down Payment and account for it as such.
This way the client can easily see the total and the required "retainer" instead of sending them 2 forms and confusing the matter.

Change filters back!!!!for reports
We use reporting tags on our Sales. We have a location in the UK all of the costs/expenses are on a different system and not in our Zoho account. All of our US accounting is in Zoho. When we need to run reports we had been able to filter using the reporting tags, all of the cost and expenses were there as well as the US sales. Now that the "Advanced Filter" option has been added to reports when we try to filter we now ONLY get the sales, we don't use reporting tags on everything so now when we…

When converting a retainer invoice to a sales order it replaces what was in the REF# field with the estimate number, need the option to retain the info in the ref field that we entered in the estimate

add a 'is not blank' option for custom views
for example, if one wants to find all expenses without a vendor assigned, one must list all vendors in an endless series of 'is not vendor 1', 'is not vendor 2', and so on. obviously, this gets out of hand quite quickly, not to mention immediately breaks once you add a new vendor to the mix. allowing 'is not blank' eliminates this mess.

Currently credit balances are shown as negative.
Under statement for each client. The credit balances are shown as (-) negative. And debit balances are shown without the (-) sign which means it is shown as a credit. For example, if a client has a credit balance of $1,234.00 current view shows as -$1,234.00 which is incorrect. and if the client has as outstanding it is showing as $1,234.00 whereas it should show as $-,1234.00. is there a workaround to this, or can this be fixed?

To enable notifications for comments section
If a user update any Comment in "Comments section", a notification to be sent to an user of Zoho Books.

adjust field order
I would like to be able to adjust the order of fields, or more importantly the order entry, most importantly in the receive payment screen.

allow for the ability to pay multiple vendor bills at once
It would be more efficient to be able to see all your outstanding vendor invoices on one screen and be able to select which ones you would like to pay. This way you will be able to pay more than one vendor at a time. We run checks weekly, so it can be as many as 30 checks a week, having to go into 30 separate vendors each week is tedious.

new service item creation with any price inside invoice.
Currently my staff is able to create items inside invoice which are not part of the predefined items which I have given. They can write anything and create an item, change the price and even put 0% GST on the item. Kindly give a solution where they can only choose predefined items from the drop down list.

incorporate a price control feature in the SO module
When a user creates a row in the item table, after selecting the item, the table will automatically populate the Rate column, depending on the Item selected, and other fields selected, and the user cannot change the Rate to a lower number than the predefined number
