Need "Select User" view in Timesheet / Zoho Books please.
In Books - TimeSheets, we have "Select Customer", Select Project", etc. We really need "Select User", please. (Or have to export to spreadsheet?)

Also include notes to financial statements and reference number on each item of the Balance sheet in relation to the specific notes
a reference number on each line item in the balance sheet which will refer the user to the notes to the financial statement which shows the detailed computation/explanations on that specific line item. (as required by our standards - PFRS)

Translate Zoho Books into Arabic Language
Your system is very nice and easy to use but it lacks an Arabic interface and a way of supporting RTL in invoices and quotes.

Project users shall have limited rights
Project users shall have limited rights
In Zoho Books, under Timesheet, a user can be added to a Project.
The user's rights can be limited to view only using the roles settings.The problem is that once I add a user to a project then that user can see all invoices, expenses and bills of the entire company. It would be great if he/she could only see the invoices, expenses and bills related to the project, to which he/she was given access to.
This needs an urgent fix to comply with data protection regulations.

Create the ability to enter Expense refunds when working with projects. I'm perplexed as to why this simple data input isn't available.
Being a small Business contractor interested in the bottom line on individual jobs and know if there profitable; projects can accumulate a large amount of receipts, Zoho Projects allows for this data entry and the ability to run reports like Profit and Loss along with many others to actually see how the job is coming along. without the ability to input Expense Refunds inhibits any practical use for this feature in Zoho Books altogether making reports inaccurate.

Consolidated statement for merged accounts (contacts)
Statement for merged contacts can only be run as customer and vendor separately at the moment. However it is confusing and manual calculation is needed. Would be very nice to have a consolidated statement indicating the balance of total transactions.

give option to mark GSTRs filed manually
I have been filing GSTR-3B manually always (that I never knew I could push transactions for GSTR-3B filing also). Now, that I know the feature, and when I go to file GSTR-3B through Zoho, it says I have to mark my previous returns all filed before I can proceed.
Now, all my previous returns are all filed, so how do I proceed?
Thats why, I request you to add a feature, wherein I could just mark all the returns filed, manually.20 votes -

Not be able to view Inactive Items while searching in the Active Items view
Recently, Zoho Inventory changed the way you search in the Items section. It is great because it used to be an exact wording search which was frustrating. Now it is a 'contains' search, so there is a lot more flexibility. Well... The downside is that now when you have the default view to Active Items and search something, it will pull up all of the inactive items as well. It is incredibly inconvenient and pointless. If you have thousands of items, it makes searching pointless now. Please fix ASAP

Documents tab in Contacts panel
Would allow user to upload documents related to the customer such as scanned copies of receipts, orders, reports, and so on. This could also be linked to Zoho Docs..

In Books/Inventory, please make the "Unit" optional.
Not everyone has the need to describe the unit and it only takes up space on the invoice.

Adding reporting tags options directly into Zoho Books
Adding reporting tags options directly into Zoho Books reports, not just in Analytics as it is more complicated and less necessary for basics. Definitely, Zoho needs more capabilities in its reporting module.

I get paid different mileage rates by different customers. It would be good to be able to set a mileage rate per customer or project. This would cut administration down significantly.
