create one single chronological pdf file of all invoices during a month
Dear Zoho Books,
I have a very important request regarding financial authorities: As of now, Zoho Books is NOT able to issue one single pdf file consisting of outgoing invoices ("Kundenrechnungen") AND incoming invoices ("Aufwendungen").
However, my tax accounting firm requires me to do so. Otherwise, they will raise the monthly fee about 30 Euro, because they do not want to handle two separate files. Write off for bills
The payment screen should give the option of writing off a remaining amount after payment (payment/exchange rate difference), which would prevent many outstanding bills with a just a small amount left.

Add the expense bar alongside the income bar on the graph in customer overview page
In the customer overview page there is a nice graph showing bars for "income". There is a little spot next to each month to insert an expense bar as well. It would be nice to have an income and expense graph and report per customer.

Bill of Entry to be enabled in Standard Version of Zoho Books
There are lot of small businesses who are importing the products from abroad and selling them in India. For them buying the premium version is not affordable. If this feature is enabled in your standard version itself it will be helpful for the small businesses with turnover less than 1cr

Remove or hide account names in system accounts that are not used in US
Some of the account types and names are not applicable in the US and should not show up in the 'chart of accounts' or on my budget sheet. We should be allowed to at a minimum hide non-relevant fields. Renaming them is of no use when they are not used.

Budget alerts based on percentage remaning
Add % based alerts for the budget line items. If I'm at X% of my allowed budget for that particular item I'd like to know about it without having to open up the budget to see where it's at for each project.

Cheque printing & PDC Management module
Every business is issuing cheques to vendors, employees and towards other expenses other than bank transfer and credit card / debit card payments.
So its quite very urgent to add a cheque printing feature in zoho books.

associate receipt with an expense in the mobile app
The mobile app allows a user to upload a receipt image. It would be very useful to be able to then associate it with an expense the same way as in the web interface.

Expenses by currency
Why is there no ability to filter expenses by currency?
Zoho clearly captures the information so it is just a question of adding Expense Amount (FCY) as a field that can be used in specifying the criteria for any filtering.

Control for Pricelists in Zoho Books
When Pricelists are enabled/created in Zoho Books, we are not able to restrict users from changing the default ones defined for a single or group of Customers.
The use case is as follows: A business has a standard set of price list defined for a group of customers. This is created and associated to each customer in Customer record. Hypertext link between report lines and Zoho Books
When creating a report, it would be interesting if a hyperlink takes us back to the desired place on Zoho Books. Example: I generate an expense report in Excel and for each line a link is created to the Zoho Books expense. So, I can easily recover the attached file.

to integrate bunq payemnts
Dear Zoho,
I would love to have my banking connected to Zoho booking. I am using Bunq as my business bank account. Right now I can't find an integration with Bunq.
However they provide excellent integration with their open API: https://www.bunq.com/api/developer
Right now I am doubting to continue with Booking of zoho since I am not able to wire up my business account.
Please let me know what you guys can mean for me.

Once the estimate on pricing is accepted, the client needs to submit an order based on that item's pricing.

Allow setting of monthly budget hours on projects
Using zoho invoice, I have the ability to add project budget by hours. But some projects have a recurring budget. For example, each month I can spend 150 hours for a project. At the end of that budget we stop and bill them. Next month, the budget resets, and I have that available again. This ties into the dashboard as well, because when i login, I want to make sure those projects are staying on budget each month.

Need more options than billing address and shipping address.
Your software is not set up very well for the service industry. One of the most basic issues we have is your system has a billing address and a shipping address. as a service industry we never have shipping addresses, we have billing addresses and service addresses. I see no way in your software to change these headings or data types. When sending invoices from your software it causes confusion with our customers.

Bills on basic plan
Hello, I'm a long time customer. Currently using basic plan. Today needed to use bill but the basic plan doesn't have that feature. Price difference between the current plan and one more higher is monthly $10 which is so much.
