Transactions by Cutomer at the Mobile App
I will be very helpful at the mobile app Contacts Module a way to see transactions by category.
Every time i want to check a customer invoices i have to go to Invoices module and try the customer name, some times i got several customer invoices becuase similar name.1 vote -

It will be very helpful if there is a detail un the Contacts module like this.

I don't want my sales staff to see customer outstandings although they should be able to prepare invoices for these contacts/clients.
I would want to be able to customize some sales staff access so that they won't be able to see contact/client out-standings, but they should be able to create invoices for these clients.

block customers
Give an option to block certain customers. For example make sure that sales can't enter an order for a customer that didn't pay his bills. Now you can put a customer on inactive but if you create an inactive customer as a new contact the system allows it (even if you uncheck the box for allowing duplicate contacts) and the order can be entered anyway without sales knowing that the customer is blocked.

sub contacts
PLEASE, PLEASE add sub contacts!!! This is the one thing that really sets you apart from Quickbooks. It is a necessity when your work is in the service industry and you have multiple locations through one company. Even unlimited shipping addresses would help. We work with management companies that can have a hundred locations. This would put your software ahead of Quickbooks!

Salespeople assigned to customers
Allowing salespeople to be assigned to Contacts is a very necessary part of business! Usually, all sales by a specific contact is credited to a specific salesperson. With a salesperson that is linked to a contact, all the invoices for that contact will be credited to the salesperson. Right now, I have to go in manually and assign a salesperson to each Invoice and that is time consuming and unnecessary if the two were linked.

to make it possible to create a customer and to divide it by its branch like a chain supermarkets.
For example we had a costumer that has 5 supermarkets around the country, and at the end of the year we need to have a statment for all transactions in one place.

marking customer as inactive automatically
Option for marking customer 'Inactive' automatically if there is no transaction in the account or invoice goes unpaid after custom specified no of days.

Unique ID for Clients and Vendors
How about we add a new feature so that we can differentiate between different customers and vendors using there unique ID. We are able to do this somehow using the custom fields but is really not helpful for existing customers.
So if we add an additional feature that would help us find the customers/vendors using unique ID that would show up in customer portal as well as the contacts to identify that particular user or vendor with different prefixes i.e. a different prefix for a vendor and a different prefix for a customer should add a great value.

Auto Show Books Contacts in Zoho Support Desk.
By This Feature No Need to Create Contact Details 2ndTimes. and also assgin task for customers and easily billing after completeion of projects or task.

A customer called Marketplace
We sells our products through multiple online Marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart etc. These market places send us Orders from individual customers. We INVOICE with the name of the Individual customers. However the Payments come in from the Market place less their charges like Commission, Shipment other. Can you create an entity called Market place, where we can add these Individual customers, the charges from the Marketplace and the Payments so that we can track the payments from these marketplaces.

sub contact
I'm switching to Books from Quickbooks. One of the great features in QB for my business was sub-contacts. This was used for instance to place children "under" their parents as client accounts for a music school. Transactions would be made in the child's account and would be linked to the parent to provide a view of ALL invoices and payments for parents who had more than one child. I'm sure this feature would be useful in other situations which require a sub-client.

Sub "accounts payable", "accounts receivable"
My idea is that the system should allow you to create sub-accounts "accounts payable" and "accounts receivable".
It will be very simple I noticed that the chart of accounts has some accounts as the default one system are "accounts receivable" and "accounts payable" I noticed that these accounts receive values if I the customer to make a sale immediately credit the value credits accounts payable and debits the sale or merchandise.if I have several sales to different customers still accumulates every value in accounts receivable, the more certain on the balance sheet have to show the customer's account that…

Customer Statements
Currently you can only send customer statements by going into the customer account and selecting, as we have over 300 customers who we want to send a statement each month is there any development planned to allow customer statements to be sent as a batch, it takes us hours and hours to send them individually.
Can you set up a search range function where you can select a statement period, select debit or credit balances or both and then select or tick the customers who appear so the statements can all be sent.
