While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

  1. Allow child/parent contacts

    Many large organisations have one financial office that pays the bills with many departments/subsidiaries that place the orders and take delivery. So it would be useful to be able to have a parent contact with multiple children. Quickbooks does this.

  2. Default discount for customer

    A customer has a default discount% that is filled in when an invoice is created

  3. Create a Global Admin for Client Portal

    Create a global admin so you can see the customer's client portal. I want to be able to log in and see what each customer will see when they log into the client portal.

  4. Recent Items Floating Tab

    I'd like to see the recent Items floating side tab that we see in Zoho CRM giving quick access to recent contacts/bills/invoices etc as I find it speeds navigation tremendously
