Some data is being synced back to CRM but not all. You should be able to edit / update the CRM details for a contact (such as Industry or source).

Item History for Customer - Prices for Items Invoiced and Estimated
Zoho Books - Customer - Transaction gives an overview for a customer as per Invoice.
I suggest to have an Item History for each customer which will allow us to see existing prices quoted or invoiced to individual customer in the past

create an option to view contacts by last name first, or first name first.
Since we don't have parent/child options, this would at least allow us to see the members of one family that have the same last name together.

in the Contacts you have to add another contact type which is both ( customer and vendor in same time ) it is already available in mobile apps but not in web app

To add a field (zoho books contacts_id) to the sync going from Zoho Books to Zoho crm
Add the contacts_id number (Example: 72334000000024229) to fields that can be synced from Zoho Books to Zoho CRM
We need this for our API calls which all run from CRM.

Add the ability to make a custom field required for contacts.
In Guatemala a NIT number is necessary to be able to claim a deduction. I would like to be able to make a custom field mandatory, and make it show up everywhere the contacts information is presented.

Multiple delivery address options for customers accounts
Can we have multiple delivery addresses to hold additional delivery address information for our customers. Our bussiness deals with alot of customers with multiple sites and it is frustrating to continusly change the data befre submiting invoices.

Connection between administrator and more condominium (clients)
We have clients that are condominiums and they have an administrator, so we would like to have a connection so we'll can filter a lot of things about the administrator: the lists of condominium connect with him, the estimates, the invoices, etc...

Include additional fields especially the custom created fields to Zoho Books Views
We would like to customize the default views for Zoho Books by including additional fields especially the custom created fields, which would help us to view all useful information in one singe view.
This feature is available in CRM but not available in Books. Could you please provide create/edit view options in Books?

Segmentation of accounts to user specific sales people to manage those accounts in say a different country or 3rd party distributor
So I have a distributor in the United States which I would like to have a zoho books login. I want to segment my overall account details such as turnover and only have this information available thats specific to him/her.
So when he or she logs in they can see the following:
Which customers are allocated to them
How many sales that customer has against their name
How many pending, sent and outstanding invoices their are.
Their overall turnover etc etcIn roles and specific roles this cannot be done as I keep seeing when I log into a test…

Hyperlink telephone numbers with <a href="tel:______"> </a>.
Hyperlinking telephone numbers with a tel: link causes the voice software on our computers (Cisco Jabber, MS Lync, Google Chat) to automatically dial out to the number.

Portal access to more than one account
We have customers who have more than one site and therefore have multiple accounts set up in order to manage their costs. At present an email address can only have access to the portal for one contact / account it would be useful to be able to have multiple accounts accessed from a single email address.

Sort by transaction date in "Recent Activities"
Details listed in recent activities list for the contact are order by the date the transactions actually happened. It would be useful to be able to sort these by accounting date instead.

Add a calendar and tasks
It will be amazing if there were a calendar built into books so that tasks can be assigned and and events can be scheduled for contacts. I realize that this is a functionality of your CRM but if this is added, I would no longer need the CRM and can run my entire business from here.

Allow child/parent contacts
Many large organisations have one financial office that pays the bills with many departments/subsidiaries that place the orders and take delivery. So it would be useful to be able to have a parent contact with multiple children. Quickbooks does this.
