The ability to link inventories for companies managed under the same profile.
I have 2 companies that I manage with Zoho, they share some of the same inventory. I need the ability to link my organizations inventory.

while entering items in invoice, items should be shown on the basis of "containing' in spite of "exact match"
suppose I want to make an invoice of "UA32FH4003ARLXL", in current scenario I have to type UA32 only then item show up in the list but if I put 4003 all items containing 4003 should be shown in the list.

Is it already possible to classify an inventory item as a service that has no quantity associated with it so that we can bundle services and inventory items on the same generated purchase order?

Packages - we need to be able to have multiple package shipments
When creating a package currently you can only create one package, everyday there is a couple packages that take 2-3 boxes to fulfill the order, and we can't process that in Zoho. Therefore we have to use UPS worldship and then manually enter the order.

Credit Note in Zoho Inventory
I would like the ability to issue credit note in Zoho Inventory.
Customer issued PO and we generate a Sales Order and invoice accordingly.
Goods has been delivered to customer, however, due to certain circumstances, the customer decide to return some of the goods to us.
Payment had already been made, therefore I'm required to raise a credit note for them. The goods, depending on whether I want the customer to dispose, or return to us, should reflect in the inventory accordingly.

Should be able to bulk import changes to price lists
We have a problem in that every time an item increases in price, we need to export the sales price list for each customer that has bought that item, update each price list with the new selling price, and then re-import them all individually. This is very time consuming when there are lots of customers who have bought each product.
There is currently the facility to export all the sales price lists on one spreadsheet, but not the facility to re-import them on one spreadsheet. This would make the above task so much quicker.9 votes -
Box/Unbox Composite Items
The idea of boxing and unboxing composite items is great. However, boxing items should be done automatically once the quote has been converted to sales order.
I.E. once the sales order has been converted to open / emailed to the customer, individual product lines that make this composite item should be allocated to that sales order/customer.
We have thousands of composite products and to box and unbox with every sale it is impossible, making zoho inventory not worth having it!
Also quotes that are raised in zoho books when converting these quotes to sales orders there is no option to…

Landed Cost Displayed On Item Detail Page
It is an incredible amount of work finding the 'Landed Cost' of one item.
Our sales people are paid commission from PROFIT of each item sold, and we look up individual 'item landed cost' for several other reasons also, including pricing.
After a PO is converted to a bill if we could auto populate the 'Cost Price' field on the detail page of the item (IT WILL BE GREAT)
At the present time we run a 'FIFO Cost Lot Tracking' custom report then divide number of items received so we can get accurate cost of one item. This must be…8 votes -

Dynamic Pricing
In composite Item, there are other Items, which can be Item Groups or only Item.
Now, my request is, when the items (groups also) , price is updated with a new one, the price for Composite Should also be changed or a question should be asked to change the price with New Price list.
Additionally, Gold, Silver, Platinum live price fetching and updating the Price List of Item with Calculation.

Add multiple selling prices
We as a company sell our products at different price points, for example I have 3 level of customers. Price 1 would get the best price, 2 would be more profitable and 3 would be the most. When adding a new customer there should be a feature that allows me to pick which price point that customer is

Create Packages & Shipments that show Sales Order qty, allowing customers to see what's been packed/shipped against original sales order
Hi,
We have some issues with the Packages / Packing List in Zoho Inventory.
When we create a package and have some items that are not in stock at the moment, we currently need to remove these items from the Packing List before we create the Shipment, so that the Sales Order tracks that not all items are shipped.
However, we don’t want to work this way, because it confuses our customers.
Because when they receive a shipping confirmation with the Shipment List, the products that they ordered that are not in stock, do not show on the Shipment List.…8 votes -
Virtual Bundling
We need virtual bundling. It is something stitchlabs provides and is why we have to stay with them. With composite bundling we have to actually create physical bundles in the warehouse, with virtual bundling, you would create a product, then that product has each component linked to it with the quantity of each. When that bundle product is sold it reduces inventory of each linked component. Then you don't make composite bundles, and have to undo the composite bundle if stock changes.

Purchase made easy
There must be a way to list all low level items of the same vendor. Even better would be an additional list of all other items of this vendor. Then simply click the items you want to order and create (request) purchase order. It would be also handy if the list should show items which are already in request/purchase to avoid a double purchase.
