Invoicing and Packing List Creation
Packing List creation is a key factor for exports. Multiple sales orders or invoices created with multiple sales orders can be used to generate packing lists. Options needed to select box numbers, box size and items in each boxes with net and gross weights. Also each item in invoice should also show the relevant sales order reference for the client's ease. A sales order based grouping would be sufficient. I really wish to go for Zoho, but these things are really important for my business and waiting for you to implement these.

Zia Package Geometry tells you what box to use
At present the Zia Package Geometry is back to front.
First you have to enter the package name, dimensions, weight capacity every time.
Then it tells you how many boxes you need.
It should be the other way around.
It should allow you to save your standard box details. Then when you have a package to make, it tells you what size box the order would fit in. That way you could just get the right size box and pack straight into that.

Petty Cash
In a retail business we need a system to show how much cash is available in the petty cash. Like if I have x number of sale today and received some pending payment after 5 days. so today in my account I will have x+payment received today.

link the sales person to the customer
When entering a sales order you can prompt for the sales person. If you have a large number of customer and sales persons, you cannot expect the person entering the order cannot be expected to remember the sales person for the account.
If the sales person was linked to the customer and then at time of enter sales order, the sales person would default to the correct sales person. Same as happens with price lists.

Enable sending Packing Slips via E-mail to the Customer
I can send Sales Orders, Invoices, Estimates, Credit Notes, Debit Notes, etc, through an e-mail link to the customer/vendor however, I cannot do the same with Packing Slips. Can you add this feature please? Currently I have to save it to a PDF then send manually, which takes more time.

Display composite items in transactions
Option to display items within a composite item on a transaction.
We are a manufacturing company and create composite items (Finished Goods), consisting of lots of items and often other composite items to build them. I would like to display some of the items (and composite items) within the Finished Composite Item on transactions (with an image). This way the customer can see not only a description at the highest level but also see some of the items we want to feature/display as part of the package.10 votes -
Bundle editing
Bundle editing should be allowed as this will enable us to edit if in case a single batch needs correction. Otherwise, we have to delete the bundle and all the batches we need to add again

Bundling Needs Unbundling Too
It seems that you have reduced functionality when you implemented bundling, which includes removing the unboxing feature. Our company has several composite items which are created from a series of "unboxed" parts from other composite items. The proposed work around (in the updated documentation) of adjusting inventory of relevant parts is profoundly error prone. Please return unboxing as "Unbundling."

Wix.com integration
Integration with Wix.com for the Wix Stores would be amazing. They don't have any Accounting or inventory systems and zoho would be a great fit.

SKU information on package slip / shipment
I am unable to retain and send SKU n# to out-sourced Warehouse management.
I have my own outsourced warehouse and management system and send info via mail which SKU's to pack and shipping address info. Please update the "manual" shipment info and include SKU info next to the article name and quantity.

multilingual product description
We are an american company. We are selling products in the US, Canada and Western Europe.
We need to issue quotes, orders, invoices with the product description in other languages than English.
Each products should have field where that contain the translation in other languages (french, german, italian).9 votes -
Zoho ecommerce platform
I love all Zoho products but we now need a Zoho ecommerce platform that is fully integrated with Books/Inventory. We have a wholesale business so require customers to log in before seeing prices. They also currently have to login to both our website and the books customer portal. This can be confusing so would be good if this can all be done from one place. I need to upgrade the website soon and would prefer it to be Zoho ecommerce.

item description field limitations
Allow to use signs like "<" or > in item description field. Probably there are more signs that can not be used there.
It is crucial for our business if we want to use zoho inventory.
