WHMCS
WHMCS has for a long time been the leader in the web hosting community and continues developing state of the art modules for their excellent platform for the very unique needs of the community.
Despite their amazing cPanel integrations and excellent upsell / cross selling features of the shopping cart (also loaded with more vendor integrated modules) their Customer Relationship Management tools and project management features leave a lot to be desired.
WHMCS is the gold standard for everyone in the hosting industry from small hosting companies and resellers and affiliates to small enterprise level hosting companies - there's a huge community of users who benefit from WHMCS with an almost perfect vertical integration with the exception of their very constricting limitations. There are also a lot of web developers not unlike myself who must be looking for a better solution.
I'm trying to make the switch to be 100% Zoho integrated, but until my WHMCS data can be synched with Zoho, I will always have a missing link in my system operations.
I believe that integrating Contacts, Accounts, Support Tickets, Invoices, and subscriptions from WHMCS to Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Desk would simply be life changing for so many people. This would unite two amazing platforms and open the doors to an entire community of developers who might have never known about Zoho. This would also increase awareness with a community of people who are also have influencers to our clients, who are consistently looking for solutions that the Zoho platform could easily accommodate. As a developer I'm also planning to build vertical integrations for both Potential and existing clients.
Thank you for giving us a place to voice our opinions... Would love to see this idea become a reality.
