While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

  2. Have notification options when a package has been packed and shipped

    The notification should be able to go to the sales person who created the sales order so they can track their sale.

  3. Item Actual Cost

    Develop a report which include item cost and landed cost so that it show you the actual cost for each item.

    Ability to select a product is associated or available in a particular warehouse by determining if that product is associated with that particular warehouse.

  5. For Agri based businesses there is no purchase order and we should be able to enter purchase receives without a purchase order.

  7. we can locate my full production flow, so i can easy track my production with respect to bill of material for definite product.

    my product flows in different phases ..
    like first raw material then single product those used for manufacture again new product.
    my raw material flows in different different machine and every machine have produce different products

  8. Updated app to manage PO’s

    It would be great to manage PO’s through an app on the go and to be able to create transfer orders through the app as well.

  9. Improve inventory look up options when creating invoices ,PO's etc.!!

    Users, that have a large inventory (currently i have 8000+ skus and counting) it is important to be able to search for items by more than just product name, description and SKU. other options to search for a product by barcode - NOT CHEATING BY REPACING THE SKU WITH THE BARCODE) Also integrating partial search results would be helpful. this needs to be done within the create invoice and create Purchase order page

  10. Items - Sales Order Summary. I would like to have a tab so I know the number of units sold, not just the Total Sales

    For purchasing it is useful to know the total number of units sold for a period when looking at an individual item instead of having to run a report.At the bottom of the Item page where the Sales Order Summary is, surely there could be the option of Total Units Sold

  11. Manufacturing For Pharmaceutical.

    Add manufacturing API,

    We use many raw material for manufacturing, each has a batch number

    Raw Material #1 : Batch number / expiery
    Raw Material #2 : Batch number / expiery
    Raw Material #3 : Batch number / expiery
    Raw Material #4 : Batch number / expiery

    Finished Product : Batch number / expiery.

    the finished product batch number is registered to what was used in the raw material for traceability of what was used to create the final product.

  12. Total value of inventory at all times of day

    I think it would be nice that you have the value of your inventory on the dashboard instead of having to generate a report.

    First column- Total value of inventory on hand
    Second column- Total dollar amount of sales from inventory that day
    Third column- Total remain balance of inventory after all dollar sales.

    This gives you a pulse of your inventory at all times.

  13. Serial Number Tracking should be enabled by default.

    Serial Number Tracking should be enabled by default or there should be an option to bulk update Item Fields, so settings like Serial Number tracking can be enabled in bulk.

  14. Need to be able to easily print the product bundles

    We are a manufacturing company and since zoho does not have manufacturing yet, we need to be able to print the composite items and also bundles when we create them. Please include a print icon when bundles are created so we can easily print and see all items included in each multi level bundle.

  17. two companies should be able to share contact details

  18. No option or report for batch tracking in zoho! Alas. Useless

    In zoho you cant track movement of a particular batch even with the batch tracking enabled for stock items. Like if you want to query about a particular batch like to whom it was sold !

    This is not possible in zoho, whats the meaning of enabling batch tracking in stock item then ?

    Taking so much pain for whom ?

  19. sales order price $0

    If a Sales Order is Created to shipp out a product to be repaired or to send a free replacement there should be the option to close it with out a invoice if the value is $0 in the price.

  20. Multi VAN SALES OPTION in addition to MultiWare House Option.

    I am currently creating my Delivery VANS as Warehouse. Hence there needs to have a multi Ware house and Multi Vans sales option, where items maybe moved from Multi Ware house to a single or multiple Vans for the days sales. Different ware house may store different products that needs to be moved to a Van for delivery and inventory of sale tracked against that VAN. Current verions of Zoho Finance has only 5 ware house, while I am planning to have 2 to 3 ware house and 5 to 10 VANS.
