  2. Invoicing and Packing List Creation

    Packing List creation is a key factor for exports. Multiple sales orders or invoices created with multiple sales orders can be used to generate packing lists. Options needed to select box numbers, box size and items in each boxes with net and gross weights. Also each item in invoice should also show the relevant sales order reference for the client's ease. A sales order based grouping would be sufficient. I really wish to go for Zoho, but these things are really important for my business and waiting for you to implement these.

  3. GROUPES ARTICLES TARIF GLOBAL

    Il serait bien quand il s'agit d'un article composé de pouvoir regrouper les articles sans afficher le détail prix de chaque article.
    Par exemple dans notre domaine de l'enseigne, lorsque je compose un panneau avec encre + panneau + lamination + adhésif, de n'avoir que le tarif total soit par exemple 1000 euros et non 250 + 100 + 500 + 150 euros qui s'affiche pour le client.

  4. Improvement Shopify Inventory Interface

    The Shopify Inventory interface can be massively improved:
    - Performance: sync is really slow, takes too long even with a couple of products and/or orders.
    - Sync should be on-the-fly and not scheduled.
    - More control: more fields can be part of the sync. The current sync is too "basic".
    - Direction: creation and update of products should(can) be triggered from Inventory itself. Shopify creates/updates then its products based on that.
    - Updates: sync should update also existing items based on the direction configured by the user. This is actually completely missing right now.

  6. Create a way to request for quotations in the purchases module

    There is no way currently to create an RFQ ( request for quotation) for my suppliers only Purchase orders. I think something in missing there.

  9. Project tracking

    Zoho Project is not interlinked with Zoho Inventory.If it will be done then all inventory can be tracked based on projects.
    All purchase orders need to be tracked as project.
    Also transfer orders need to be issued to particular project.

  11. Separate - User Defined Warehouses

    I have separate warehouses with different operatives that trade through different commercial routes. I want to be able to have users only able to sign in to their own warehouse, create their own PO/TO/SO and monitor their own stock with an Admin able to oversee ALL warehouses. I see something similar was moved to planning a couple of years ago but, nothing is live at present.

  12. Breakout Composite Items on Purchase Orders

    It would be really nice if you could click a button to break out a composite item on a purchase order and purchase the items that compose that composite item (Particularly with the back ordering feature in Zoho Inventory).

  13. REPAIR ITEMS

    An Item to Sell as a Service that can have inventory added or removed at each sales order with out altering the Original Sale Price
    Used for Flat Fee Repairs that require different inventory each time. So it cannot be set permanently.

  14. Generate 'purchase list' on basis of bundle requirement.

    We are using Zoho for manufacturing plant.
    And we order raw material on the basic of production demand.

    System shows the number of possible bundle on the basis of items inventory, there shall be an option to export that material availability table into exel file so that all the lacking items can be ordered accordingly.

  17. while entering items in invoice, items should be shown on the basis of "containing' in spite of "exact match"

    suppose I want to make an invoice of "UA32FH4003ARLXL", in current scenario I have to type UA32 only then item show up in the list but if I put 4003 all items containing 4003 should be shown in the list.

  18. option to incluide unit of package and quantity by package

    In our case we sell our articles (textil) by squared metre (m2) but we serve packaged in rolls and in our case every roll has a serial number.
    For example: we send to a customer 100 m2, and we serve it in 2 rolls of 2x25 m.

    So we need to have the possibility of:
    - to introduce in the article sheet the package unit (if it is a roll, a box, a pallet, ...) and the quantity by package.
    - to assign a serial number to a roll (not by m2)

  19. Estimates need to be an option in Zoho Inventory

    I use Zoho Inventory on my computer and need to be able to generate estimates that can be converted to invoices. Please make that an option.
