  1. Do not allow multiple entries into the inventory

    Hi,

    When conducting our monthly stock take we had over 200 items to enter, covering three separate locations.

    When completed, we tried to save it but was not allowed to continue as some items had been entered in twice or more.

    The inventory should either flag that an item has already been put in as you are doing it, or at the very least, highlight which items have been entered multiple times at the end.

    It is quite frustrating to have to go through 200 items to try and find a replicate entry,

  2. Filtering received payments by warehouse

    We operate multiple sales counters, each one defined as a separate warehouse. Payments are received from various sales counter (or warehouse). The payments received report is really good. But currently there is no option to filter on the basis of warehouse. Such a feature would be a really good one.

  3. tech gadgets for loans

    Kindly include features for reselling/reuse items especially tech gadgets that are used and returned later when use is over. eg car trackers, solar pay as you go gadgets.

  4. Independent Chart of Accounts for Inventory

    Zoho Inventory Piggy Backs the Chart of accounts from Books. However all businesses cannot use Books for their accounting for multiple reasons.

    Zoho Inventory must have an option of hosting its own independent Chart of Accounts.

  7. To create and develop more vendor features on Zoho Inventory

    1. Goods Received Note sent to the supplier.
    2. If we've got an annual contract, how do we manage the supplier...annual lpo and and monthly bill lpos.
    3. Request for quote option before LPOs are sent out.
    4. How do we handle contracts on Zoho? - contracts are more detailed.
    5. Pick requisition from email and upload directly to Zoho.

    Your client needs to create a PO for a new vendor.

    Creating the purchase order: Using Zoho Inventory, selecting "Contacts" reveals a form to create a new company. Once the user has done so, the new company is not available for creating a PO.

    .
    The selection box for "Vendor Name" does not have the new contact in the drop down. This brings the business process to a stop until Zoho synchronizes the contacts.

    Solution: Creation of the new contact kicks off a synchronization process immediately.

    After We Crate a Bundle, We cannot Take Print of that Particular Bundle We Create. So we request you to add this Feature to take Print of Bundles Created.

  12. allow for partial credit notes on orders

    Allow for partial credit notes on orders. Rather than having to return the entire item, allow Zoho to issue partial credit on an invoice. Examples could be late delivery, customer dissatisfaction, etc...

    Essentially I want the ability to issue credit to a customer account, rather than a particular sales order.

  13. Add direct Chat Support

    Please add a support chat within Inventory (and actually all the other apps). It will decrease the amount of emails sent back and forth and speed up the fixing of encountered issues.

  17. Sales Order -> backorder to Purchase Order - missing description

    Hi.When i am creating a backorder based on Sale Oder the New created Purchase order doesnt capture the description from the Sales order.
    It will be a great and efficient feature.. Please hlep

  18. Make "On The Fly" items optional please!

    Currently, you can make a purchase or sales order for an item not in the item list. This is good for "on the fly" items - but it also creates the problem that when users make an error (typo, for example) it creates a sales order for an item we do not carry. We now have tens of invalid items in our item list, and we have missed order delivery because of this. We do not want the "on the fly" option - can we turn this off please? Thanks!!

  19. Allow attaching documents to items.

    My company has custom products and/or modified versions of current products. It would be great to be able to attache notes & documents to items. This would also be helpful for easy access to datasheets, manuals and other customer facing items.

  20. View Sales Orders By Salesperson

    It would be good if each user could look at the sales orders that they have recently generated, rather than the entire list created by the team. This could be done in the "All Sales Orders" drop-down menu in Sales Orders.
