在通过CSV做销售订单导入，如果某个商品品目不存在，不应该主动创建新商品品目，在之后创建发票时才提醒商品品目无库存可用。临时主动创建的商品品目，理所当然无可用库存，这是明知故问。
合理的逻辑，应该是在导入CSV销售订单，创建该销售订单之前，提示某个或者某多个导入商品品目不存在。

be able to edit a Bundle (for composite items) after they are already bundled.
This is for all the people that use composite items. If you bundle the Composite item and need to change the item inside that bundle, you have to completely delete the bundle and redo it all. We serialize our items and for our composite items to have all the corrrect serialize items it would be nice to have the option to edit the bundle and just change that item's serialization and save it. It would save time for all the people bundling.

Should be able to bulk import changes to price lists
We have a problem in that every time an item increases in price, we need to export the sales price list for each customer that has bought that item, update each price list with the new selling price, and then re-import them all individually. This is very time consuming when there are lots of customers who have bought each product.
There is currently the facility to export all the sales price lists on one spreadsheet, but not the facility to re-import them on one spreadsheet. This would make the above task so much quicker.9 votes -

Batch Tracking - Auto Populate Batch Items based on FIFO (Optional feature)
Have an option under Batch Tracking to allow ZOHO Inventory to automatically populate batch items for Item Quantity.
Practical Case:
Invoice and delivery note are generated first by the Organisation Sales Team, and then Warehousing would use the Batch Numbers on the Delivery Note to pick the appropriate items for delivery. This would be an additional feature to the one below, which is currently how Batch Items are allocated.
If a Batch Item doesn't exist physically, manual intervention would be required by the Organisation to edit invoices with the correct Batch Numbers, as is currently the feature.

Set up a system where there is default selection of batches during the Bundling of a Composite item. Imagine a composite item of more than 50 Batch tracked parts (Example- the assembly of an automobile). It is highly inefficient for me to have to select batches for each of them manually. Instead I would like an automatic selection of Batches as per First-in_First-out logic, meaning the earliest batches of my inventory items are selected, by default.

Various Draft Email Templates
It would be useful to be able to create various draft emails for sending purchase orders, sales orders, order confirmations etc, rather than just the one template for each. Also it would be good if they were personalised, so that when each user sends a sales order confirmation, for example, it would show their name as the sender, rather than it just coming from a generic email address (in the case of purchase orders). enable more than 20 warehouses in zoho inventory
I was looking at inventory management of 25 warehouses with the capability of capturing movement between the warehouses. However zoho inventory restricts me to adding only 5 warehouses.

Ability to auto-bundle batch tracked items within invoices
There is a current feature of being able to "bundle on the fly" within sales orders or invoices, by clicking on "Bundle Items" under the quantity field. However this doesn't work for batch tracked items. However it would be simple to add a dialogue box asking for which batch to bundle. (This somewhat connects to one of the big problems in Zoho Inventory - that every single movement of stock forces you to create a new batch number. This is not how batches work! Food Batches need to stay constant across the whole process, that's the point of batch tracking.)

More Languages Available

Enforce Lot multiple restriction while creating sales order
Some items can be boxed in multiples of 3, some 2 and so on. When sales order is booked a check must be there to see whether the order quantity is a multiple of the lot multiplier.
If not system should throw an error or warning at least1 vote -
have packing slips with shipping & product info (no prices) available online as a printing option on the invoice screen.
I use the web app and print invoices from my computer for deliveries. Packing slips and delivery notes aren't available on the invoice page, so unnecessary and private information goes along with it. Please include these as options online. Thank you.

Module and Report filtering and customisation
Why can't you filter views of modules or customise reports any way you want to like in Zoho CRM?
What if I want to find out which of my customers in the USA bought I certain item? Impossible in Zoho Inventory, despite the fact that all of that data is there... Is it because you want us to sign up and pay for an additional service?
