It would be useful to be able to create various draft emails for sending purchase orders, sales orders, order confirmations etc, rather than just the one template for each. Also it would be good if they were personalised, so that when each user sends a sales order confirmation, for example, it would show their name as the sender, rather than it just coming from a generic email address (in the case of purchase orders). It would be good if these templates could link to the contact information, ie, if we select an email address for sending an order confirmation, it would populate their name in the email body with their first name in the appropriate place.
