While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

  1. Two way migration

    It is nice to have the expense migrate to books but it would be even better to have it work both ways. Sometimes I like recording receipts on my desktop and add them to the app.. But then it just stays there and does not migrate to the expense app. So you have a incomplete expense report. It would be great to have it work both ways, true migration.

  2. Integration with Yandex taxi

    Since Uber is no more present in Russia, it is impossible to create integration with corporate taxi provider for a very large region.

  4. include the parent category name as well as the sub-category name when exporting the expenses to Quickbooks

    It would be great to include the parent category name as well as the sub-category name when exporting the expenses to Quickbooks. This would allow direct upload to the same account structure in Quickbooks.

  7. Integrate Zoho Expense with Xero

    It would be extremely beneficial to have Zoho Expense fully integrated with Xero so that expenses can be exported into Xero through the API. Line item integration for corporate cards, tracking categories and account codes would all add great benefit.

  9. Leads in Zoho CRM to be synced with Zoho Expense

    Leads in Zoho CRM should be synced with Zoho CRM. A lot of expenses will be incurred for leads and that needs to have an approval workflow.

    In Zoho Projects, we have the option to assign weekly hours I each project/task. In our consulting firm, we also allow our consultants to claim expenses during this week incurred in the project/task.
