While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

  2. volume pricing

    Enable the import of line items from Zoho CRM Quotes. Currently ZInvoice does not support price lists that enable volume pricing. ZCRM does.

  3. Customer accept estimate via clientside portal - Customer add order number

    I have had customers view their quotations (estimates) via the client side portal, and then they have accepted the quotation. We get an email from zoho to tell us the client has accepted the quotation. But we then have to emailthe customer, or call them and ask for an order number, so I can put the order number on the draft invoice. when a client accepts a quotation, they need to be given the option to fill in an order number. No customer places an order without an order number anymore.

    Provision to distinguish multiple brands and assign user permission w.r.t. brand names.

    We deal with Multiple brands and many items under each brand having a sales mgr for diff brands. I want to have provision by which I can restrict or provide permissions to individuals for chosen brands' Estimate preparation / invoices.

  6. Administrative Charges %

    in our industry we charge administrative charges of 10% from total estimate or invoice, this cannot be applied using zoho similar to the HST and Tax charges from the total invoice/estimate

  7. Add the capabilities to insert "options" in the estimates…

    Add the capabilities to insert "options" in the estimates… for exemple : I sell plate (total of 20$), in option you can propose spoons for 10$ (it's optional)

  8. Estimates to be pulled into the CRM as a follow up tool

    Once an estimate is inputed this is then pulled into CRM as a hot lead and can be used for following up
