  1. Optional Items in Estimates, Allowing customer to select item he needs

    An estimate with multiple variety items can be submitted to customers. The customer must be able to select the items he needs( allowing the customer to select items and quantity) and accept the estimate.

  2. Convert multiple estimates into a single invoice with each estimate as a line in the invoice

    My clients want to have all of the work I do for them regrouped in a single invoice. I would like to be able to convert several estimates into one invoice.

  4. Group Header

    We would like to be able to group articles under a common header. For example, in the same estimate, I want to sell articles regarding the "sound" and the "light"
    We would be able to have a "Sound" section with all the articles and the option to get a subtotal for this.

  5. Template

    It would be nice to be able to select a template that prefills products onto the estimate. So if bundle 1 always has items x y and z my agents dont have to fill out it every time.

  6. ITEMS multi-currency, and automatic exchange rates to customer currency

    All items in Zoho Invoice must be currently priced in base currency only, and doesn't allow to involve more than one currency within a single estimate (Euro, an example)

    For all our estimates we use the same customer currency (Euro).

    Is it possible for ITEMS to add another currency (USD?) with automatic update of exchange rates to customer currency (Euro).

    As result we'll be able to use a few items in $ and Euro within a single estimate.

  7. Option for Cancelling Estimates

    Have the ability to cancel an estimate / quote. Not always are the quotes declined, but cancelled for other reasons. When I review my Accepted vs Declined, I receive an inaccurate decline number because I want to keep all quotes for future purposes, rather than deleting them.

  8. Recurring Estimates

    Add the capability to have recurring estimates, as many clients need to add PO numbers and sign off before invoicing, and this needs to happen prior to invoice.

  9. Hide Individual Line Item Costs But Still Show Total Cost

    I would like to see the ability to hide individual line item costs while still showing the total price. I want my customers to see a lump sum price for all items on estimate while having the ability to hide each individual items cost.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for posting on our feedback forum.

    In the pre-defined templates of Zoho Invoice, hiding the “Amount” column (which the final amount of a line item) would hide the entire total section too.

    But, we do have a workaround (custom HTML templates) for this. Please reach out to support[at]zohoinvoice[dot]com to know more about this.

  10. Calculation of item price from several components and adding margin

    Please add 1 level down in the Estimates Item. All our products (displays, posters, custom made advertising materials) contain x amount of parts , but in the estimate we show the ready products price.
    for example if we are offering- MUGS WITH CLIENTS LOG
    It contains:
    plain mugs
    set up costs
    printing
    packaging
    artwork preparation

    Now we combine all this in the excel, add margin of x% and manually enter the end price of the mug in the Estimate. Very time killing. And backwards, if client after some longer time accepts the Estimate, we have to remember(find) what the planned…

  11. Deposit options on estimates & invoice

    THE RETAINER INVOICE IS NOT AN OPTION FOR THIS

    So please dont reply with that.
    We need the estimates to show a deposit or downpayment option.

    And the adjacent invoice needs to have the same option.
    Sage has this option, why can the ZOHO system not do this?

  12. Interactive Estimate

    Its gone be nice if it would possible to send interactive estimate to client that permite him to have more choose with a diffrent price + some colone or option as desired.

    Estimate for byunig a PC :

    PC Tower
    Black + Fan 35$
    White + 2 Fans 55$

    RAM
    IF 4GB RAM 30$
    IF 8GB RAM 50$

    Hours work
    IF do this 15$ per hour
    IF do that 10$ per hour

    Warantie
    IF take this 1 year warranty
    IF take that 2 years warranty

  13. Font Features for Estimates and Invoices

    When I build an estimate with many categories and line items, sometimes I'd like to Bold a heading and or make a line item Red or something important I'd like to underline.
    I've brought this up before, and I was told to just make a custom template but that's not convenient at all. Need a small box off to the side where I can make these little changes quickly.

  16. Sub Title or Bold Line for a separated section in Estimate and or Invoice

    Be able to create a separation to show charges in sections like all Charges for a special part or date with a Sub Title and perhaps a bold dividing line to indicate section or new topic heading within the master estimate or Invoice

  17. Add "Completed" Status for Estimates

    Right now Estimates can only be "Sent", "Accepted", or "Declined". I do not bill by the individual estimate so converting to an invoice is not an option. I need to ability to know when a particular estimate has been completed so I can recognize that it is not an active job.

  18. Price Range Option

    Need to have the option to type in a price range in the "price" section.
    Some projects have a range of pricing based on how much work is done (example: $100 - $500).

  20. invoice level images instead of item level

    I would like to be able to add two to three large images to the invoice/estimate/sales/order at the invoice level, not at the item level, thanks.

    Hi there,

    If your requirement is to add images at invoice-level, you can add them as attachments to the invoice so that it gets sent to the customer when you e-mail the invoice. You can attach files while creating/editing the invoice.
