This is great, but Books is missing the ability to 'request payment method (mandate)' A workaround is to send it from Subscriptions, but surely it's just a button that's missing!

At Chilli Twist we bill all our clients via direct debit, which makes managing digital marketing subscriptions so much easier and enables us to keep our costs down as we don't have to spend so much time on billing admin or money on credit card/bank fees which our clients love (shameless plug I know!)

As a UK client who uses Zoho Pro, we feel that unless you move to get integration with GoCardless, we will be forced to move to a competitor, probably Kashflow, who already offer this integration.
We are a digital agency, and we have lots (over 60) regular clients who we bill on a recurring basis.
We like ZOHO (having used Freshbooks for several years) but because we have to manually input invoice payments every month for our recurring payments made via GoCardless, it seriously weakens your product.
GoCardless is becoming huge in the UK because it allows non blue chip companies to access the Direct Debit payment system.
They are gathering clients rapidly, and you really need to get your system integrated.
Take a look at your competitor, Kashflow, and see how they do it.
