While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

  2. Auto fill time zone for Zoho invoice configuration settings

    When I saw the size of the time zones list I was about to quit.
    To improve conversion and tries, I think you should :
    1) Add a javascript filter to filter the list of time zone.
    2) Automaticaly select the most apropriate using either language, IP geolocalisation etc... If it's not perfectly accurate, it won't be far.

    Just seeing this awfull list made me wonder about the quality of the rest of your app.

    I know it's just a one time setup, but it's about getting users, try a A/B compare on it.

  4. Reduce resolution of receipt images before upload in iphone app

    Iphone takes images at very high resolution. So photos taken for receipts take a long time to upload when recording an expense.
    The Zoho Invoice app should automatically reduce the resolution of the photo so that uploads are faster.

  5. Make invoice items available as placeholders for email notifications

    Currently, the invoice items are not available as placeholders for use in email notifications.

    This would be great, since the only context our customers receive currently is contained in the pdf they receive. It would be great if we could include this in the email and even subject.

  6. Be able to make part payments without setting up for paypal

    Be able to choose allow make partial payments without having to use Paypal or the ability to hide paypal from a payment option to save on paying fees instead of Direct Bank Transfers especially for services that require a deposit

  10. Paypal business payments to show up as pending

    Paypal business payments should show up as payment pending on client dashboard to avoid confusion. Also, the ability to make a payment on the same invoice twice is a big issue.

  12. Calculation of item price from several components and adding margin

    Please add 1 level down in the Estimates Item. All our products (displays, posters, custom made advertising materials) contain x amount of parts , but in the estimate we show the ready products price.
    for example if we are offering- MUGS WITH CLIENTS LOG
    It contains:
    plain mugs
    set up costs
    printing
    packaging
    artwork preparation

    Now we combine all this in the excel, add margin of x% and manually enter the end price of the mug in the Estimate. Very time killing. And backwards, if client after some longer time accepts the Estimate, we have to remember(find) what the planned…

  13. Integration of Google Wallet

    Possible integration of Google Wallet - In the United Kingdom this means that we can receive payments with no fees c/f the % that PayPal might charge.

    Would be a great improvement for small business..

  14. Emploee to hav right to add time entries for another coworker, yet not seeing details about everybody hourly rate

    Right now when I give an employee the right to manage time entry for another coworker, he automacitally access details about all user´s hourly rate and more... in timesheet/project/users

    Could the admin right be restricted to JUST adding time for others yet not seeing anothe details about them, appart from the time entries?

    The idea is to let emploees having PC skills to manage timesheets for other, but not seeing ANY other company´s private details

  17. Several project invoice enhancements

    I just like to ask for a few enhancements:

    1. Add the possibility to specify the items to use to mount the item number and description just once, and then select the projects to include in the invoice, also add a simple option to include all un invoiced timesheets in a given perior or up to date

    so you speed up invoicing as you dont have to select for each project again and again the display data

    also add an option for sorting, grouping and page break like

    sort by date or sort by task
    group by task or group by…

  18. countdown

    Stopwatch is making me nervous and unproductive.

    How about you add a "countdown" option?
    eg: "I will dedicate 25min to Task A", after 25min
    you warn me, I have a 5min break and then continue
    with this or another task..
