  1. A language for each user

    When we work in a multinational, each user can select his own language.
    That makes it easy for the users to work with the system, but allows also to the customer to receive an invoice in his own language.

    Hi there,

    Hope you are doing good!

    Since Zoho Invoice revolves around the sales spectrum of your business, the purchase cycle and thereby managing the inventory is not possible in Zoho Invoice directly.

    However, you can use Zoho Books for this. It’s an accounting tool and a super-set of Zoho Invoice. Zoho Books has everything that Zoho Invoice has; In addition, you can track your inventory and set up reorder notifications when your stock reaches a set value.

  6. Reset auto generation of invoice numbers on starting of every year

    Provides an option to reset the prefix and number for invoice on every new year or send a reminder mail to change the invoice number settings.

  7. Send Snail Mail Automatically in Recurring Invoice

    Instead of automatically sending Recurring Invoices via email, it would be nice if the invoices could be automatically sent via Snail Mail.

  8. Link everything!

    I have a project.

    Project is based off a paid invoice.
    The paid invoice has an expense.

    When I am creating an invoice I should be able to send to/create a new project. Then I should be able to link an expense to that invoice.

    When I look at my project I want to be able to click the invoice it was generated from with and the expense that I need to pay out.

  10. Customer level preference to send recurring invoice automatically

    I would like to be able to select which customers are automatically sent new recurring invoices. Currently I think I can set all to DRAFT or all to OPEN. Is it possible to finely tune this feature?

    Hi there,

    We would like to inform that in Zoho Invoice, you can now set these preferences at recurring invoice level. Meaning, for each recurring invoice profile you create, you can choose whether it needs to be saved as draft/sent/charged and sent.
    (Earlier, it can be set only as a global preference and cannot be altered for individual recurring invoice profiles).

  16. Please add "All Time" in dropdown menu for Sales / Income / Expense etc.

    Currently options are "this fiscal year; last fiscal year; last 12 months; last 6 months".

    Since most of our clients are billed over multiple years we would like to see an "All Time" sales total for each of them without having to do a custom report every time.

  17. Please add a comment section at the side of the overview page

    It would be very useful to have a comment section in the contact overview that could be instantly accessed by all users for scratchpad and temporary comments (the notes field unfortunately requires a number of click-throughs to get to, but is still useful for more permanent notes).

    An area at the side would be preferable to the top, since comments at the top mean you have to scroll down to see all the contact information.

  20. Hide Individual Line Item Costs But Still Show Total Cost

    I would like to see the ability to hide individual line item costs while still showing the total price. I want my customers to see a lump sum price for all items on estimate while having the ability to hide each individual items cost.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for posting on our feedback forum.

    In the pre-defined templates of Zoho Invoice, hiding the “Amount” column (which the final amount of a line item) would hide the entire total section too.

    But, we do have a workaround (custom HTML templates) for this. Please reach out to support[at]zohoinvoice[dot]com to know more about this.
