project status
I'd love to be able to set additional Project status options that I can use to filter my project list. Active and Inactive are a bit too limiting. I'd love to have an invoiced, complete (awaiting invoicing) and that sort of thing so i can see what the next stapes are at a quick glance.

Timesheet billing should use the hours in the invoice instead of the quantity
When creating an Invoice from tasks in the timesheet feature, the invoice quantity should reflect the hours instead of numbers quantity.
Due to roundoff, every tasks loses some amount. Example - if the rate is $30 & the work is done for 20 mins.. then expected total for that line item is $10. But as per the calculations it ends up as $9.9.
This when happening for every line item eventually becomes a larger difference.

Custom Fields for Tasks
You can add custom fields to every level EXCEPT the one that matters most.
Clients want detail about each line item. Line items for billable hours are tasks. I can do custom fields for date ranges at the project level, but if it's an ongoing project I'm editing those constantly.
If I have a line item that I'm generating out on a weekly basis, I want it to where the custom fields for week start and week end are automatically generating that text for the line item. I can only do that if those fields are at the task level.

The Weekly Log option allows multi entry, but does not appear to support the separate task types. If you enter two different rows of time with two different task types, it will collapse all time down to one row, which of course defeats the purpose.

Allow adjustment for space between lines
Allow for adjusting space between lines (also known as leading or line spacing). Or allow a way to add blank lines. The space between my logo and the address below it needs breathing room and I've found no way to add any space. I've even tried adding extra space under my logo in Photoshop and re uploading it but your template just deletes any attempt to add space.

Need to include a spot for Vendor name on expenses, also the ability to include on reports and lists

In Zoho Invoice, you would not be able to manage vendors. But, you can do that with Zoho Books.
Zoho Books is an application that can help you with both invoicing and accounting. In Zoho Books, you have the option to link vendors to expenses.

Italy invoice XML form export. Italian Gevernemente requires this documents from January 2019

zoho invoice will be prepared by the end of this year to electronic invoicing (xml and sending) according to the new Italian legislation?Please give us an answer so that we can organize quickly.

PS. Consider that it is mandatory therefore not to update your system will make you lose all Italian customers by the end of the year 2018.

Capability to create internal projects and costs associated to own company
I've a small IT consultancy company that's now developing our own project to be sold to others. However, we'd like to be able to log timesheets and costs associated to each project, to our own company, without the need to create a client, no invoicing (we are not invoicing ourselves), so it's possible to track and separate costs by category (development time, etc).

Send Invoice in different designs
If you run a holding or share service department you need to send out Invoices with different designs or logos, sometimes even different companies. This would be helpfull.

Increase the number of customers per page on Customer tab
200 is WAY too few records to display per page. Please increase the number of customers we can see at one time on the customers tab.

Bulk Schedule Email invoices
I like the ability to do bulk sending of invoices via both email and snail mails, but this function is lacking the ability to schedule this/these action(s). At this time, I can only use this ability individually.

Option to display a blank space instead of 0.00 for Unit Price and Amount
This applies to Invoices as well as Estimates: For line items that have a Quantity but no Unit Price (thus, also no line total), I would like the option to display a blank space instead of 0.00.
I frequently have a line item with a Quantity, Unit Price, and Line Total, where this item represents an assembled product. The following lines are Items and Quantities that are included in the assembled product, but I don't want to show the prices for each of the items included in the assembly. Disassociate A Salesperson From Subscription
We have multiple types of subscriptions. The top tier has a 'coach' associated with the subscription which we equate to 'salesperson' to make it easier to track rev share. When a customer downgrades, that coach is no longer associated with ongoing invoices, therefore we are looking to remove that salesperson and leave the field blank. The App does not allow update with a missing salesperson once one has been associated.

Zoho UK, the standard template and Company setup info does not conform to the Companies Act Requirements, editing the template to include this info produces a bit of a 'kludge'

Billing status in projects panel
In the projects panel it would be very handy to have the STATUS of the project visible. Under "logged hours" it could show "unbilled" or "partially billed" or "fully billed" or "paid". Getting this info in the Timesheet panel is much slower.

Would like to be able to create a custom view for expenses which have NOT been reimbursed. Right now there is no "is not" operator.
Would like to be able to create a custom view for expenses which have NOT been reimbursed. Right now there is no "is not" operator. We have non-billable expenses which we would like to reimburse staff for. There is no way to report on non-billable which "is not" reimbursed.
