Overview of the total unbilled amount per project
Please give us an overview of the unbilled amount (= all unbilled hours + expenses) per project.
I can find all unbilled hours (without the expenses) per project on the report section – projects summery. But it is in the very last column, so you have to scroll horizontaly to see it.
I think other freelancers have the same need to a quick overview of the total unbilled amount per project on the dashboard or onthe projects overview page.

Timer to record seconds
Although seconds are counted in the timer, they are not recorded on the timesheet, and the time recorded is by default rounded down to the nearest minute, which loses a lot of time in the final invoice. I don't want to round up and overcharge my clients. Please can the seconds timed be recorded on the timesheet?

Partial payments – should be automatically noted in the thank you note
I received a partial payment. When I sent the "payment received" email it stated only that the payment was received. Yes, the amount received was mentioned in that mail but not that it was only partial!
It should say "1000 of 1500 received = 500 still to pay" or similar.
So how does the client know to still pay the rest?
Yes, the online invoice had automatically been updated by showing the remaining amount but what if the client doesn't see this?
It would be good if, instead of triggering an automated late payment warning, the payment received note would…

Company & VAT Field / VAT ID Validation
Company Registration Number and VAT ID should be already default fields.
It would be also awesome if VAT ID could be validated directly through VIES.

Multiple billing methods for tasks within a project
For the A/E industry, our contracts are written by tasks. Task 1 may be a $500 lump sum fee and task 2 may be $5,000. We also typically have Tasks that are hourly. This is a simple modification to your program to allow for one project set up with fees (hourly or set) based upon task not project. I have to set up multiple projects for all my tasks. This makes billings / invoicing so much simpler and setting up projects simpler. Saves time, which saves money.

Offline Use + Add/Create Invoice Widget
Hi Guys, would like to able to use the app offline and just have it sync later when connected online. I had pending items to do with regards to my invoices: add clients, create invoices, change some settings, etc. which I had planned to do on a plane trip but couldn't do anything. As someone mentioned here as well... they live/work in a rural area and would just need to log items. Offline use would be great. Also, could we have a Create/Add Invoice widget (on iOS). There's only a timer which we don't use. Thanks Guys!

Report Exporting Listed by Date
Hi Guys, need to be able to export a report listed by date. Sorted by date and Invoice Number. With columns as Date/InvoiceNumber/Client/Amount/Description, other info, etc. This is the report we need exported for the business. I can't find a way to do that at the moment unless I'm just missing it? Thanks Guys!

Separate iOS or Android app or allow existing Invoice App to enter timesheet data when off-line
I work in rural communities and don't have internet access - I want to be able to record my time spent on site immediately and not have to write it down and wait until I have access to the internet.

cards view by date
In the time sheet view you can view all project hours by table, or by card view. In card view, it shows lifetime project hours, but no ability to determine how many hours were logged this month / week / day.

Add a bi-monthly option for Recurring Invoices
Currently, the only options are Weekly, Twice a Week, Monthly, etc. There is no option for bi-monthly (e.g, the 15th a last day of the month).
You can set a Custom Repeat of every 15 days, but that doesn't work for months with 31 days.
Bi-monthly invoicing is very common, and Recurring Invoices aren't that useful without this option. Thank you.

Edit email text for scheduled invoices
I can only edit email text for invoices which are sent directly. However, if I schedule the email, there is no option to edit the individual email text.

Ability to change sales rep contact info
It would be great to be able to 'select sales rep' and have it change or add further email & number into the estimates/invoices? Currently it only displays 'sales manager'? We need to have email and mobile contact!

Sub Grouping on Aging Reports
Enable the use of custom created invoice fields on Aging reports (at least in the detail Aging report)

Invoice several customers on one screen with different amounts- then be able to send them via email from that one page
Being able to enter all invoices for the day in one area would be wonderful and save so much time. Lets say Susan purchases 3 items at @8.25 each, Larry purchases 14 items @ $9.05 each.. I would like to be able to enter in all of that information in one area on separate lines an once all invoices for the day have been inputted- the system can email or print out those email that you had compiled for the day all at once, rather than sending each one separately.
