    Zoho invoice could add an extra feature which does not allow a user to create an invoice unless an estimate is being created by another user/users to even a particular user.

    An important part of any sales process is to ensure you’re speaking with the right person in an organization when working on an opportunity. However, when there are multiple contacts for each account, keeping track and reaching out to them seems to be an uphill battle- For which account should I contact whom? Who manages each department? And who reports to them?
