    Provide an option to edit, add or remove expense category. This was available in Zoho Invoice but not in Zoho books.

  3. Sync Zoho Books contacts with both Zoho CRM Lead and Contacts

    Currently Zoho Books only does have a job at syncing contacts with Zoho CRM. You can only assigned Leads or Contacts but not both. I think it should have the option to do both.

  4. I need to update the note field for a timesheet throughout the day but this seems to be a limitation in your app.

    On the mobile app, I need to update the note field throughout the day but this seems to be a limitation in your app. I cannot leave the Time Sheet without completing the time, even if I have the Timer running. So I have to start the timer, open a notepad to record the jobs I am performing and then stop the timer and copy and paste my notes from notepad into the notes field in timesheet.

  5. Ability to save unit cost per user, per project.

    For projects, allow for system to store unit cost per user, per project. This is very helpful for sub-contractor jobs.

  6. Offer some kind of discount for Multiple Businesses I have 3-4 business tha I track but $120.00

    Offer some kind of discount for Multiple Businesses. I have 3-4 business that I track but $120.00 / year is too much for a new small business / idea / person that has 3-4 ideas cooking. Most other cloud sites allow you to maintain several businesses within the system. I am being forced to move my other businesses to another service like wave becaue of the cost / expense.

  7. I want the option to change the currency with the live exchange rates at the invoices, estimates

    I want the option to change the currency with the live exchange rates at the invoices, estimates. The product prices in my inventory is in EUR and with the current system I should change every product price manually to GBP, USD etc.. Please fix that

  8. capture receipts offline

    Hi,
    it would be great option if we able to capture a pic of a reciept of purchase order or expense in offline mode in zoho books.
    when they have WIFI we can sync it later.

  9. delivery and packing report

    Hi,

    By 10 pm all our salesmen will update the Purchase officer for the list of items they want for next day delivery and at 4 AM our purchaser officer will go to fruits and vegetables market and buy all the required items for that particular day.

    when delivery boys receive all the items from purchase officer, they should have list of customers to whom and what they should deliver.

    customers will sign in the appropriate row that they received the product.

  10. AR Invoice Discounts Applied During Payment Posting

    I have a client who allows for a discount on his invoices if they are paid by a specific date. Because there is no way to know if the invoices will be paid by the earlier date, the discount cannot be applied at the time the invoices are created. If the invoices are paid early and the discount taken, I have to edit each invoice and apply the discount and then provide a mandatory reason for the edit upon saving the edited invoice.

    That is so inefficient and wastes my time. Would it not be MUCH easier and convenient to…

  11. Notes in Banking transactions

    Add a note feature in each bank transaction to explain to Accountant the item was for, especially useful when one transaction covers multiple payments or receipts. This would allow accountant to work without being on the phone asking how to match the transaction.

  12. scanning invoice

    Currency Format - The listed options are only in the US style format and not for lakhs.

    For eg :- 2 lakh can be displayed only as 200,000.00 which is US format

    But according to Indian format we require to display for the clients as 2,00,000.00

    How can this be done?

  13. Ability to apply total budgeted hours per customer, not just project

    I have a client that does not want to exceed XX hours per month over all of their projects. It would be beneficial if limiting the total monthly (or whatever time period), could be applied at the top level of a customer and not just at a project level.

  14. Need to distinguish between payment dates and when funds actually cleared.

    The date when clients pay and when payments are actually cleared are often a few days apart and sometimes more. Please allow us to input those 2 dates separately. Currently, we cannot, and it is forcing us to go back and change the payment dates to the dates the bank cleared the funds. We don't want that. We would like to keep records of both of those dates for more accurate bookkeeping.

  15. allow payment of more than 5 bills at a time

    Currently, I can only pay 5 Bills with 1 check. I often have more than 5 Bills for a Vendor due at a time. It would be nice if we didn't have a limit to the amount of Bills we can pay in one transaction.

  17. Easier view to see that you have multiple attachments

    Right now we see this:

    I cannot easily see that I have two attachments and also the names of the attachments are not displayed. It would be nice to display the number of attachments and in the center or at the bottom to display the name of attachment.

  20. Enter with in the customer's account history, or on an invoice history, that the thank you/receipt email was sent.

    Currently, when you send a thank you email, you have no history of it within the Account or invoice history log. So if the thank you was auto sent, it doesn't even give the notification it was sent, and it's not logged. You can't ever verify that it was actually sent.
