  1. Add a weekly calendar to Timesheet, All Timesheet

    The monthly calendar is fine, but a weekly calendar would provide a more granular view of the week, and many organizations want timesheets posted by the end of each week.

  2. Better column filtering

    It would be very helpful to have actual column filtering instead of creating new views.

    For example, if you could click on "customer name' and then a dialogue box pops up and you can then click on which customer you would like to filter on. It would make it much quicker to find the estimate/ sales order/ invoice that we are looking for.

  3. It would be nice to be able to create PO, add expenses and invoice by additing item for construction and maintenance projects

    As a construction and maintenance company we need to track our expenses, create purchase orders and invoices(by adding items) under a project. Any transaction that is created under the project should automatically reference the project.

  4. Unique ID for Clients and Vendors

    How about we add a new feature so that we can differentiate between different customers and vendors using there unique ID. We are able to do this somehow using the custom fields but is really not helpful for existing customers.

    So if we add an additional feature that would help us find the customers/vendors using unique ID that would show up in customer portal as well as the contacts to identify that particular user or vendor with different prefixes i.e. a different prefix for a vendor and a different prefix for a customer should add a great value.

  5. Double taxation

    There are cases where two taxes needed to be added to the invoice. On the sale amount, first excise duty needs to be added and then sales tax on the total amount after excise duty. There should be a system that allows that to happen.

  6. marking customer as inactive automatically

    Option for marking customer 'Inactive' automatically if there is no transaction in the account or invoice goes unpaid after custom specified no of days.

  8. Automatic quantity totals

    I bill on a daily rate on a monthly basis. it would be helpful to be able set up in reoccurring invoices the option to have a field to total the amount of days in the previous,current or following month that gives a total bill for that month

  9. enable us to see account registers

    In Quickbooks I can see an account register for any balance sheet account (asset, liability or even equity), including postdated transactions. That's pretty essential for us.

  10. Stripe - Canadian Address

    When you click on "PAY NOW" then click on "Credit Card", under address you are asked to provide State and Zip Code.Customers in Canada should get Province and Postal Code. This is with Stripe integration.

  11. VAT on task items on invoice

    Currently on Zoho if you invoice for a project with itemised items you have to go through every item and change the dropdown to include VAT, this can be annoying when you have 20+ itemised items on the invoice, if you're VAT registered in the UK you charge VAT on eveything, there are only a few items that are VAT exempt, so it would make more sense for the default to be VAT charged and the drop down to be VAT exempt.

    As admin we can send and order to the customer to be accepted, Why the customer cannot make an order directly from his portail account

Having too much content in those templates to print only on "usLetter" format, I'm asking you to unlock the "usLegal" printing format at least for our personnalized custom templates. We"re a franchisor and we're about get our franchises to implement with your system after testing completed and meet our standard. Thanks

  14. Bulk Add Expenses Add a project and Customer field. Or make it custom so I can add any field I want to.

    When adding Bulk Expenses, could you add a feature where you can select any field you would like to add or remove from this view. For example I require the entry of Customers and Projects which isn't currently available.

  15. Automatically populate default tax code for purchase orders

    When creating purchase order lines the tax code should automatically populate from the default tax code if the item is taxable. It is very time consuming to enter a tax code on every line of a purchase order.

  16. block customers

    Give an option to block certain customers. For example make sure that sales can't enter an order for a customer that didn't pay his bills. Now you can put a customer on inactive but if you create an inactive customer as a new contact the system allows it (even if you uncheck the box for allowing duplicate contacts) and the order can be entered anyway without sales knowing that the customer is blocked.

  17. Referrals

    Hello Team,

    I would like to have an option to add an additional type of contacts i.e. Referrals. This will allow is to keep a tab on payments that we are giving out to people who refer a client our business and record the transactions easily.

  20. Implement organization of line items when combining multiple POs to a single invoice.

    It would be super helpful if there was an organization system implemented for invoices that are generated from multiple Purchase Orders. I create invoices to pay my vendors for multiple POs at once, but the line items just scatter randomly when I combine the POs on the invoice. I need the line items to remain together, preferably with the PO #s intact as well. I can rearrange the line items manually, but this takes forever when I'm grouping several POs, each containing multiple line items.
