Need to have users profile in a different language to the main file.
Need to have a users profile in Chinese while others can have their profile in English.

We have one employee who speaks Spanish, and expense reports from him are the most difficult. I would love to keep everyone as English except for his, so he can submit in Spanish, and I can receive in English.
