  1. item groups

    Hi Reshma, Grouping items helps in adding different discounts % to different customers and different discounts % groups to same customer. Without grouping feature applying a % discount to select Items is not possible. It has to be done manually & could be error prone. Same with GST too. At least 1 level of Item grouping is absolutely essential.

  2. Allow more than 10 "ship to" vendors

    I ship many semi-finished pieces to many vendors to complete the assemblies. I send them PO's that will have the next vendor to ship to on them. Why in the world is there a limit of 10 "ship to" addresses for PO's?

  4. Currency adjustment for a date range say full month of October for all the transactions in October in foreign currency

    To be able to convert to base currency of all General Ledger (GL) Accounts in foreign currency at month-end or quarter-end. The existing now is for a day. This will be tedious if you want to close your month or quarter and enter each conversion daily. By having this option, all foreign currency GL accounts will be converted to the base currency.

  6. Simple oData Feed for Excel

    The Rest Api is simply to complicated for novice user without development skills.

    Add support for oData and allow Excel to easily connect to Tenant Service

  7. Viewing Invoices : Needs 'Back to Customer Invoices' button

    When clicking on an invoice to view it you are transferred to the 'invoices' section. It would be nice to have a simple 'back to customer invoices' link or button at the top instead of having to scroll down to the customer's name, and click on transactions again to view their invoices.

  8. hide/archive bank transactions

    Archive of bank transactions / easy inline filter.

    It would be good to be able to archive/hide transactions of complete months/listing. After I have reconciled a statement, when searching for discrepancies I find I have to manually scroll through the records from my previous years first.

    Yes I can re-arrange date order etc, but when i am looking for a record 12months ago, but there are multiple entries in a month I am repairing entries on, all i really want to do is hide all records previous to a certain date.
    OR maybe a quick filter for In-Progress reconciliation transaction…

  10. Comments in client portal

    Add an indication in the portal as to whether a comment posted in the portal is private or public. As of now (as far as I can tell), you are given the option of checking "display in client portal" when making the comment, but once the comment has been made, there is no indication as to whether the comment is viewable by the client (public) or only by the user (private).

  11. Add customer purchase order to Sales Order and keep the same on Invoices.

    We need the capability of adding our customer's purchase order numbers on Sales Order and that it is subsequently added to Invoices automatically.

  13. Ability to save unit cost per user, per project.

    For projects, allow for system to store unit cost per user, per project. This is very helpful for sub-contractor jobs.

  14. Ability to apply total budgeted hours per customer, not just project

    I have a client that does not want to exceed XX hours per month over all of their projects. It would be beneficial if limiting the total monthly (or whatever time period), could be applied at the top level of a customer and not just at a project level.

  15. Need to distinguish between payment dates and when funds actually cleared.

    The date when clients pay and when payments are actually cleared are often a few days apart and sometimes more. Please allow us to input those 2 dates separately. Currently, we cannot, and it is forcing us to go back and change the payment dates to the dates the bank cleared the funds. We don't want that. We would like to keep records of both of those dates for more accurate bookkeeping.

  17. Stock Levels

    1) Can do a stock take and easily add stock levels for one supplier. (Not per product)
    2) Items show on order when on a PO
    3) $ and € in purchase details
    4) Cost price in GBP shown in product details.

  19. Ownership

    Ownership of a contact in CRM needs to carry over to Books when it syncs. Staff in Books that are only able to see contacts assigned to them are unable to, resulting in an admin having to reassign ownership once again in Books.
