Ownership
Ownership of a contact in CRM needs to carry over to Books when it syncs. Staff in Books that are only able to see contacts assigned to them are unable to, resulting in an admin having to reassign ownership once again in Books.

This also applies to contacts and items created in Books when they sync back to CRM. They are created with the admin as the owner in CRM instead of the user that created them in Books.
CRM also doesn't show the source as being from a particular sync source or API, which is a bit confusing when multiple syncs/automations do something unpredictable.
