  1. allow users to be assigned to multiple organizations when creating their user ID

    I have multiple organizations that I keep the books for. When I created the user ID for my colleague, I had to send a separate invite for each organization. I would be a nice feature to have all the organizations listed and be able to check off the organizations I am inviting a user to, rather than having to send multiple emails.

    Additionally, it would be nice to be able to add organizations the users have access to as they (organizations) are added.

  2. Electronic invoice for Europe

    Starting from January 2019 for europe it is mandatory to generate an electronic invoice, integrating this function would give the opportunity to take full advantage of zoho books.

  3. Razorpay Auto Feed Clearing Account Statement

    Similar to PayPal integration https://www.zoho.com/in/books/help/banking/paypal.html

    RazorPay integration for autofeeds can be done.

  4. I would like to see more or custom industry settings

    When choosing a industry in Zoho book we are limited to pre-defined settings. I would like to be able to add a custom industry since our industtry isnt in the list. We cant add custom.

  5. Make adding custom fields to contact views actually work

    The controls are there but whether you create a custom view or modify an existing one, every time you add a custom field it just disappears when you save and does nothing.

  7. Apply Credit Card Payments Through Bills

    I would like to have the ability to enter a credit card in bills and have it apply the payment directly to the Account. As of right now, if i enter the credit card as a bill, it does not allow me to apply the payment to the Credit card account. I would like to see it either do one of 2 things:

    Allow me enter the bill with payment and apply it to the Credit card
    or
    after reconciling give me the option to add a bill, so i can pay it and have a record of it as…

  8. Option to Remove Invoices & Payment History via Client Portal

    We're at a constraint via our parent organization. We use Zoho to create estimates and convert to paid invoices. This invoice Data is exported and converted into Microsoft GP. We as a smaller organization in the umbrella can't dictate our own invoicing system.

    So here is what leads up to this function....

    1. We would like to use the 'Accept this Estimate' without use of a client portal.
    2. We understand this isn't possible without the Client portal. We're good with that...Ultimate its a great feature the Client could have a portal to see past estimates as well as see open projects.

  12. Projects View - Ability to see Un-Billed Time, Billed Time and Logged Time

    Currently, in card view, you can see Logged time but this doesn't tell you how much unbilled time there is which is important. You should be able to look and quickly see which projects need billing at the end of the month. Also this information should be on the list view as well and there should be a way to filter and sort this information.

  15. Bank Statement Field Mapping

    When creating rules for transaction matching the reference number did not pull through when selecting "Use Value from Bank Statement".

    Thus the option to MAP the fileds of the statement as in ZOHO would be awesome.

    and/or (this was my case)

    instead of ONLY use value from bank statement reference and enter manually. Give the option to choose the value.

    Archive Estimates or create custom status that can be applied. Also custom views. I need to be able to archive estimates that have been converted to sales orders and then invoiced.

  20. make it possible to store credit card data via tokenization for clients the same way you currently store that data for recurring transaction

    We bill hundreds of client each month for orders they place with us for a variety of products that varies each time they place an order. Since these are not recurring transaction and are unique, we need a way to store the credit card data encrypted and tokenized with our payment gateway (PayPal Flow Pro) so we can select a stored card and use it to pay their invoice when we generate the completed sale. It's urgent and something many, many businesses would need to successfully manage their client base payments.
